I always have a really good experience whenever I visit Dr. Lily Qian's office but today, Ms. Angelique - Hygienist, was AMAZING!!!!!! She answered all of the questions I had. She did a great job of cleaning my teeth, as well as informed me on how to continue to keep my teeth cleaner and strengthen my gums. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and knowledge. I will be back again for my next cleaning.

Don't underestimate this hygienist, Angelique! I have been at couple dentists offices and this one is definitely my preference! Front to back, and along with Dr Qian, great service and best of all, sincere!! Dr Qian and hygienist showed their kindness and really care for the patients. Not pushy at all! The hygienist, Ms Angelique is gentle and really did an EXCELLENT JOB! I have never seen my teeth so clean like that. Maria at the front desk made you feel welcome and greet you as soon as you walk in! I highly recommend this office for your dental care. Southpoint Dentistry, keep up the great work!!!!

Great office to get your dental work done! I had a wonderful visit today! I've been going to Dr. Qian for many years! She is very honest and takes great care of my teeth! Angelique did my dental cleaning, she was very thorough and gentle. Best cleaning and dental visit ever! I drive all the way from Pinehurst to continue to come here! Very happy here!!

I love them. Can walk in when cant make sure. I can get to appt i don't drive, ask me me every minute are u ok for i cant lie back easily, wish they pullef teeth next door did but left part of tooth in and more expensive , they take my ins I COULD GO on. And on. .... Go there

Very welcoming atmosphere, Dr. Qian was very informative when going over what I needed. She pulls the xrays onto the tv screen and reviews them with you. I also like that they have a camera that zooms in on your tooth so you can really see what's going on. Angelique the hygienist did a good job on my cleaning and gave me some good tips to follow at home.

Great updated facility! Dr. Qian is very attentive to the patient's needs and takes the time to answer any questions you have before starting the procedure. They take the time to explain everything each step of the way and are very thorough! Angelique the hygienist has great attention to detail and makes you feel at ease while getting your cleaning! Definitely recommend!

The office is newly renovated, clean, and the staff makes the experience top notch. I usually am nervous when I have a dental appointment but, Dr. Qian took her time with me so I didn't feel anxious during the procedure. During my cleaning, Angelique the hygienist did a wonderful job at keeping me calm by making me laugh and keeping me engaged during the cleaning. Overall just a great experience! Highly recommend!
