Partnering with South OMS for major work that needed to be done was the absolute correct choice, a scary choice, but the correct one. The level of professionalism from the front office staff and of course from Dr. Bruce Anderson was top notch. The major restorative work took over a year to complete and I am very happy with the results. I searched high and low prior to starting and did lots of research, I would highly recommend South OMS for your dental procedure. Thank you South OMS

I can't speak for the surgeons themselves. I couldn't get past the office receptionist, Destiny. I called as a potential new client, with billing questions (self-pay). She knew the price range for extraction; x-rays; & consult...but not for anesthesia. If I needed it, I'd want the cost upfront. I was in the pricing phase. One doctor may charge more for the extraction, but less for xrays & anesthesia. As a single-parent, I need to be informed of potential costs. The fact that she did not know is okay. Refusing to put me on hold for someone who does know is Not okay. She insisted I would have to pay a $120 consult fee to find out. (Someone needs job coaching). So...as another reviewer suggested, I looked up oral surgeons in McDonough and the very first one was friendly, answered my questions, does same-day if referred by a dentist with x-rays (no consultation fees), and numbing is included. Laughing gas is $86 extra. She had answers & it didn't cost me $120 just to waste the doctor's time answering BILLING questions. Thanks for being unwilling to help me. I never would have found the review suggesting a different city; and would have blindly paid double the cost.

My daughter had to have several teeth removed and she had no complications during or after. Usually when having some type of surgical experience she comes home and does not do well. But this time I was super shocked she bounced back like nothing happen immediately after. I definitely recommend this office as everyone from the front desk, staff, doctors were super nice.

My son is 11 and very nervous about getting some teeth extracted. Dr. Perciaccante talked directly to my son and explained every detail to him. I could visually see my son ease a little bit. This was just our consultation, but my son is not nearly as nervous now going forward.
