Doctor Keyser is the sweetest doctor ever . She talked me thru the process, explained me step by step how my surgery was going to go. The day of the surgery both doctor Keyser and her assistant ( I wish I remember her name ) were so calming and took care of me. After I left I had a smile in my face because it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I definitely recommend this place . Everyone including the front desk lady are so nice and make you feel welcome.

Staff was amazing and super helpful throughout everything. Answered every question I had (no matter how ridiculous) I loved how they showed my daughter a video of what her procedure would be, what to expect and recovery. She came in with no worries. I especially loved how she was wheeled out to my vehicle when she was finished. I would highly recommend South OMS to anyone. I know I'll use them again if the need arises.

The office staff were all really nice. I heard good things about this office and thought I'd give them a try. I had already went to one oral surgeon but wanted a second opinion since I am still dealing with a medical issue that is pretty serious and I wanted a second opinion to just make sure. The surgeon at South OMS spent maybe 5min with me. I had brought my most recent X-rays which were maybe almost a year or so old. The doctor came in, I tried talking to him but he seemed like he was in a rush. I asked about getting new X-rays since the problem is worse than when I saw the other surgeon.I asked about having new X-rays since it had been a while. He just dismissed what I was asking. The doctor spoke to me and said ok let's plan to get the tooth out. I said, I'd like new X-rays to see what is going on since it has been a little over a year. I told him I know my insurance pays for it. I told him I am terrified of dentists and that's why it's taken me this long for a second opinion. I was dismissed and told to come back when I was ready for surgery. He just made me feel like I wasted his time. As I stated the staff were all nice but I just felt like to doctor didn't care about anything I wanted to ask or had to say. I will be going for another appt to a different oral surgeon to see if maybe they can help me.

I feel the whole staff in the Fayetteville Office are very accommodating, considerate and go out of their way for patients. They are always sweet and very concerned for the patient as well as the patient's family. Also, Dr. Perciaccante is a very talented, caring, excellent dental surgeon. I appreciated his patience, knowledge, and expertise in providing dental implants for me. It helps that he has a soothing tone to his voice, and explains what he's doing while drilling, giving shots, etc. I received top notch care at OMS

The doctor was amazing. He talked me through entire surgery explaining the procedure. I believe the laughing gas was of me waste of money because it was him that put me at ease. I felt one pinch and the extraction was like magic. His professionalism and experience was outstanding. I definitely recommend..

I initially had my consulation done at another location and I wanted to be closer to home for my surgery so I was was offered here as an alternative. I am glad I switched to this location because I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was nice, professional and I was able to get in at my scheduled time for surgery and out without a lot of waiting.

Today I brought my 12 year old daughter in for a surgical consultation. Altogether we had a very good experience. We didn't have to wait to be seen. They had us back to a room in only 5 minutes from our scheduled appointment time. Dr Perciaccante was very nice and spent time explaining to my daughter and I what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. I liked very much how he and the staff addressed my daughter, making her feel that she was very much apart of the planning process. I think that by not talking over top of her, the staff really made her feel comforted and empowered. My daughter is scheduled to have her surgery, and she feeling good about it. Me too.

I've had traumatic dental experiences in the past and have a healthy fear of surgery. Stacy, Dr. Keyser and the entire staff was absolutely amazing at making me feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Keyser has a warm caring spirit that helped to ease my apprehension, and her in depth explanation of the procedure and what to expect during and after has me so glad that I found them. I'm ready to tackle these wisdom teeth and finally get on the road to excellent dental health minus the anxiety.
