They were all very kind and very helpful I am a big chicken and hate pain I hurt when my hair gets cut ... lol but they really took care of me dentist was very very nice and great and so were the assistants I made it threw to be leaving a review I givevthem 100 out of 100 thank you for taking good care of me

DR. SOHAL IS AN ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONAL...I HATE THE DENTIST AND SHE LITERALLY BABIED MY GROWN 47 YEAR OLD BEHIND THROUGH LOL.. SHE SOFT AND GENTAL AND SHE IS MY NEW DENTIST...IM ACTUALLY SHOWING UP TO APPOINTMENTS!!! EMANI AND DR. SOHAL ARE A DREAM TEAM!!!IF YOU HATE THE DENTIST LIKE I USE TO...COME AND SEE THE DREAM TEAM!!!

So 1. I get there and the site says that a cleaning was included with a chexk up for 100. It was not the case they wanted double and refused to validate thier original prices online. And 2. I almost let them do the examination and surprise surprise the x-ray isn't working properly which made me distrust this place even more. I've never left mid appointment at the dentist but I did cause this place wasn't being honorable with thier website and was even having problems with thier equipment. So very not good experience to say the least

Always treated with a personal touch, that's why I've went here for over 20 years. Once again my dental office has come to my rescue! 2022 and things are getting back to normal. Treated with TLC from Susie the hygienist today and good seeing Dr. Talebi and Jen again !!! Update: Today is 8/22/2022 and I was presented with a dental emergency this morning and Jen got me right in and Dr. Talebi took care of my issue bada bing bada boom! I love and appreciate Southmoor Dental !!!

I was very pleased with visit. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Made me feel like they really cared about my well being. Rarely get this type of Customer Service anymore. I will gladly refer friends and family to Southmoor Dental Group.

I experienced a scheduling issue. When I arrived at the office, I was asked if I could possibly reschedule. I responded no because I had 2 days prior confirmed my appointment by leaving a voicemail. Nor had I received any type of message indicating there was an issue. I was told they were short on hygienists, but they would work me in. One of the dentists actually cleaned my teeth for which I was thankful.

First time visiting this office, and I was very impressed. The staff was friendly and pleasant; explained everything in detail. Environment was very clean they wiped down everything before they used it and wipe down everything after they used it.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! they are extremely unprofessional! I was scheduled for a cleaning GOT There for them to tell me the hygienist wasn't in.. The dental assistant decided to do x rays and was rough when taking the pictures They are extremely judgmental and make you feel uncomfortable. When you are visiting the dentist you want to feel good about it because getting work done can be embarrassing or make you feel uncomfortable but these people made my experience worst! The entire process was rushed it's like they grabbed random people off the street to work in a professional environment. They weren't using medical terms they were discussing issues in front of me as if I wasn't sitting right there.. definitely would NOT recommend terrible terrible

So thankful for the Dr and staff at Southmoor Dental! They are very accommodating, and the office is always spotless and comfortable! Great group of people! STILL! THE FINEST EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN COLUMBUS! 30 years later---still enjoying the excellent and exceptional service from Dr Talebi and his staff! Thank you!!

This was the most professional and kind dental experience I have ever had. The workers had a sense of humor and made me feel so welcome. I would recommend this dental group to everyone. Plus my denture and partial look Awesome.
