You do not want to go to this office. They claim everyone needs a "deep cleaning" and charge you ridiculous prices on top of your insurance. They bait you in for the cleaning covered by insurance then the deep cleaning happens.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I came in for an exam a while back and had insurance. It should have been a $0 visit but for some reason they never billed my insurance that I provided to them at the visit. They didn't reach out to me until after I had dropped my insurance and moved out of state. Now I'm being hunted my a debt collector for an exam that should have been free. Stay clear of this unorganized mess and go elsewhere. I've seen plenty reviews of the same occurrence. Worst dentist office I've ever been too.

When I called, the staff originally seemed friendly and knowledgeable. We were told to come in for a consult at no charge to discuss the process of bonding, which my daughter's regular dentist does not provide. Before getting of the phone, I verified with them that this dentist's office would not even bill insurance; I didn't want it to affect any of the 6-month cleanings at her regular dentist. We came in at the designated day and time for this no-charge consult and everyone seemed confused and thought my daughter was coming in for a new patient cleaning. I brought the reason for our visit to their attention, baffled that they didn't know why they asked us to come in, and was told someone had gone to the front desk to correct the error. A few weeks later, I received a bill for X-rays and an exam and found out, since they went ahead and billed insurance despite their reassurances otherwise, insurance will not cover the next regular cleaning visit. I called the office to correct the billing error and was told they would look into it and would call me back. 3 weeks later, I called again and I was told the same thing but more convincing. Still no call back. I called a 3rd time to be immediately told I was wrong and I should have read the website since they do not do consults at no charge for bonding. I was stunned. I tried to explain everything I was told by each person I spoke with before, during, and after the appointment. and the woman on the phone of that 3rd call refused to accept my explanation or acknowledge any wrongdoing on their end. They completely took advantage of us, bringing us in under false pretenses, and fraudulently billing my insurance... refusing to resolve or even acknowledge their error. I can not, I'm good conscience, recommend this practice. I wouldn't want anyone else to be taken advantage of in this way.

Routine cleaning and checkup. No cavities, yay! Stay on top of this to keep your teeth top notch. 6 months later no issues, great oral care provider. Keep it going if you want to keep you teeth healthy.

I had a crown break and they were able to get me in even though I wasn't a current patient. Dr. Hall & staff were all amazing. While they couldn't save the crown; they were able to extract the tooth and recommend next steps.

Today, was my second visit to get a cleaning. My first visit, I knew then, I was in good hands with Jennifer the hygienist. Today's visit with her, still met all of my expectations! She is VERY thorough; kind, encouraging, knowledgeable, polite, friendly, easy, let me say it again EASY to communicate with...and painless... It's feels so comfortable in knowing and relieved that my teeth needs are being met in a trust worthy way!

Dr. Hall & his team are amazing & I highly recommend Southlake Dental Care to all ages. I had been looking for a Dentist that was professional but also kind & left me feeling good about the plan 'we' put together for the care of my teeth. His Dental Hygienist was amazing as well. I now have a 'family' Dentist that I really like & trust. Really nice to say that.

This is a great Dental Office. They provide everything I need and the staff there is outstanding. There to assist me in all my dental needs. Discusses every aspect of my dental care to insure I am aware of what is needed and what is not. I have a new hygienist and can still say the service is still outstanding. Been going to this Dental Office since 2015 and can truly say the staff there always make you feel welcome. Great group of professionals.

I've been going to Southlake Dental for many years. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, the dentist is great. I have Sjogren's Disease, which can effect the teeth and moisture producing glands. They are up to date on all of the latest in helping me to manage this long term.
