Beth wasraised in Southington and started her career in the Early Childhood Education field. So it comes as no surprise that she is friendly and caring towards everyone that she comes across. Beth is the glue that holds our office together. She coordinates our treatment schedules, financials, and keeps us all running like a well-oiled machine. Beth brightens up my day every time I speak with her and goes out of her way to do the same for every patient that comes through our office.
Niki is a Certified Dental Assistant who we instantly knew would make be a great fit for our team. Her positive attitude and cheerful personality stand out as much as the quality of her work. She always says that the best part of her job is working with patients and seeing their lives change and their smiles grow. Niki provides excellent care for our patients and always takes the extra time to make sure they are comfortable and enjoy their experience.
Amy is our clinical team member best known for her infectious laugh. Seriously, if you want to test out a good dad joke - she makes an excellent target! But do you know what she is even better at? Ridding the world of snaggle and making the whole process enjoyable for our patients. She says the best part of her job is getting to see the final results. Lucky for us, we have Amy around to make getting to those final results a little more fun.
Heather is our clinical team member with the most southern charm. Y'all know how fun it is to have someone in your life that says y'all every day? Its chicken and waffles level awesome! Heather says that the best part of her job is changing smiles and getting to hang with the team. She always does her very best to make sure patients are happy and comfortable while we are at work changing those smiles.

My smile looks amazing! I never should have waited so long, to fix what bothered me. Three years ago I did consultations with four local orthodontists and made the decision to go with Dr. C. I made the right choice. From the first day of treatment through the last, (today,) my expectations have been exceeded. Heather, Amy, Nikki, Christa, Stacey, Sue and Beth, his entire staff is top tier. Throughout Covid, everyone was professional and conscientious and worked diligently under really difficult circumstances. Dr.C is thorough and extremely detail oriented. He is 100% a problem solver when it comes to difficult teeth! I have no regrets and would absolutely recommend Southington Orthodontics.

Southington Orthodontics is hands down a welcoming place from the office staff to dental staff; it's been a pleasure to walk into the practice for orthodontic work as I know they have the best interest for their patients. Besides the cleanliness and bright workspace, each provider are detailed orientated with highest customer service satisfaction. Most importantly, thank you Nikki and Dr C for your assistance applying 3D printed lightforce braces, so different from regular braces as a child/teen-- see you at my 3month follow in January!!

Such a fun and upbeat office. Great rapport with the kids. My favorite part is how they talk to my daughter directly, not me. She feels important, and it's her mouth anyway! Communication is outstanding. Dr. C. Even sent us a video message with some modeling of her treatment plan when we were on vacation out of town. Great experience here so far!

I just took my son here for a consult and from the first phone call to the last goodbye our experience was phenomenal. Everyone was detail oriented , friendly , knowledgeable , and motivated to help my teen feel better about his appearance . Highly recommend ! Dr. C was so fun and his bedside manner was incredible .

My daughter got her braces on this morning with Heather. Such a great experience. She was very nice and very thorough. She explained each step of the process to both my daughter and I and spent time after her braces were on explaining how to brush and take care of them. Highly recommend them.

Finally writing a review for this. I held off on writing one because I wanted to wait and have the experience first. There aren't enough words for Dr.C and his team. They are the kindest and friendliest group. Very clean and organized office. I always look forward to my visits. They did such an amazing job with my braces. I couldn't be happier with my results. I'm at the tail end of my time with braces and its bittersweet for me as I am looking forward to having no more braces, but sad that my visits with them are coming to an end. Highly highly recommend!

Fantastic experience. Staff could not be friendlier, Dr. C is very responsive, even to email after hours, and my teeth now look the best they ever have. If you're debating having orthodontic work done or where to go, you can stop now. This is the place.

Stayed with Dr. C from my old dentist, because we trust him!! He and his staff are awesome, so welcoming and friendly. He explains everything, and all options, and makes sure you get the best results. We couldn't be happier, I ABSOLUTELY 1000% recommend Dr. C!!
