Dr Krista (Johnson) Gossai is a graduate of Stillwater Area High School. She earned her Bachelors degree from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN and went on to Dental School at the University of Minnesota. After receiving her DDS Degree in 2007, she moved to the Washington DC area where she practiced for three years while her husband, Nathan, completed Medical School at Georgetown University.
Dr. Gossai enjoys all disciplines within the practice of dentistry and treats patients of all ages and dental needs. She is committed to utilizing the latest dental techniques and materials. She participates in a variety of continuing education courses and is a member of the St. Croix Valley Spear Study Club. Her professional memberships include the American Dental Association, and the Minnesota Dental Association.
Dr. Carissa Knutson attended St. Olaf College and received her DDS degree from the University of Minnesota in 1999. She has practiced in Stillwater since 2000. Dr. Knutson is honored to have spent a year in Germany providing dentistry to our military members and their families. Dr. Knutson has a passion for learning and continues to advance her skills in the areas of comprehensive dentistry and esthetics by enrolling in numerous continuing education courses every year.
Dr. Knutsons professional memberships include the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Dental Association, and the St. Paul District Dental Society. Dr. Knutson served as chair of the Scientific Session Committee for the MDA, is currently serving as the treasurer of the Executive Council for the SPDDS, and also serves as a delegate at the MDAs annual House of Delegates meeting.
Dr. Knutsons passion for dentistry is driven by her commitment to optimal patient care. She is proud to provide patients with individualized treatment in a caring and comfortable atmosphere. She appreciates the relationships she has built over the years while serving families of the St. Croix Valley. Dr. Knutson lives in Stillwater with her husband Matt and their three children.
As a Stillwater native, he is happy to have the opportunity to provide dental care to the community he was raised in. Dr. Cannon received his undergraduate degree at the University of Denver where he also had the opportunity to play lacrosse. He returned home and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree at the University of Minnesota in 2019. Dr. Cannon furthered his training through the general residency program at the Minneapolis VA hospital treating veterans with complex medical conditions and dental needs.
Dr. Cannon enjoys all aspects of dentistry including root canals, extractions, and dental implants. He finds joy in forming long-term relationships with his patients and helping them become advocates for their dental needs and overall health. He is actively involved in the dental community and is always striving to continue his education.
