Erin graduated from Alamance Community College in 2011 with a degree in dental assisting. She has been at our office ever since. You might recognize her from the years she spent working on the clinical side of the office, but now she is one of the first smiling faces you will see when you arrive! Erin has transitioned to the front office, and is your go-to for any treatment related questions!
Angie is a long-time FSPD employee; she has been with us since 2013 and has filled many roles in the office! Angie has transitioned into a management role and would LOVE for you to pop into her office and say Hi! on your way in and out while she is toiling away to make sure that we understand fully everyones insurance benefits and treatment plans. Angie is a dental assistant by trade but our IT person, insurance guru, and resident smiling face as well.
Nay joined our team in 2015. She graduated from Alamance Community College and is local to Chapel Hill. Nay enjoys working with children and providing them with the care and instructions to help them have a healthy smile.
Ms. Becky joined our staff in April 2017 and has been such a wonderful addition to the team! Becky comes to us with more than 20 years of experience in pediatric dental treatment planning and insurance navigation. Becky is a true problem solver and thoroughly enjoys working with parents to resolve insurance and financial concerns. If she doesnt have an answer for you, she will certainly find one and she will do it with a smile!
We are so happy that Cyera joined our staff in 2019 after graduating from Alamance Community College as a Dental Assistant II in 2018. She is a fast learner, and has a unique perspective with patients, as she is a big part of her little sisters life her warm but firm presence in our office really reflect that she treats every patient just like family!
Jasmine joined our staff in 2019 after rotating through our office during her time at Alamance Community College in the dental assisting program. We fell in love with her bubbly demeanor and fun presence during her rotation and she joined our staff LITERALLY the first day that we could hire her after graduation. Jasmine speaks Spanish and has a way of making all of our patients and parents feel comfortable.
Nereida completed her dental assisting program at Alamance Community College in 2015 and has worked in pediatrics ever since. Nereida is fluent in both Spanish and English. She is warm and incredibly patient with our children.
Nereida currently lives in the charming town of Graham, NC with her husband, Ezequiel and sweet pup, Lizzy! When she is not working, she enjoys traveling and shopping at her favorite store, Hobby Lobby. She is our go-to girl for all stylish advice.
We are excited to welcome our newest dental assistant, Sapna! Immediately following her graduation, we scooped her up as we fell in love with her personality. She is warm-hearted, sociable, and loves to interact with our patients.
During her free time, she enjoys attending Garba events and traveling. Sapna likes to consider herself as a foodie; spicy foods, sushi, and sweets are her favorite. We look forward to watching her grow as a part of our team.
Brittany graduated from Sunrise Dental Assisting program in 2015. She comes to us with several years of experience in pediatrics. Brittany and her daughter, Ariana are local to the area and live just down the road in Pittsboro, North Carolina. In her spare time, Brittany enjoys spending time with her big family, traveling and riding horses.

We offer many restorative treatments using our Waterlase iPlus, a dental laser that allows us to provide fillings and soft-tissue treatments without using anesthetic. Laser procedures are more comfortable, faster, and often result in less recovery time.

Love them! We've gone here for years and they are doing dentistry right. The entire practice cares and you can tell from the minute you walk in the door. They are welcoming, friendly, accommodating and most importantly...knowledgeable! They take the time to answer questions and walk you through any recommendations they have for your child. My kids love going to the dentist because of this practice and the experience they've created for kids. I love going here because of the experience they've created for the caretakers bringing the kids. We look forward to our visits with Franklin Street Pediatric Dentistry and I know you will, too!

Our little man (5) was nervous and the team was the most patient and kind. A TV folded down from the ceiling and the team queued up a favorite Netflix cartoon for him to watch complete with bluetooth headphones. He eased into the chair and the team preceeded to clean his teeth masterfully.

We recently moved to the area and took our boys to Franklin Street Pediatric Dentistry. We had such a wonderful experience. One of my sons has sensory issues and towards the end of the appointment just wasn't having it. They handled it with such compassion and didn't pressure him to continue. We are just going back to continue the cleaning. Both my boys remarked what a great experience it was. The space is really beautiful as well! Loved the dental hygienists and the dentist! I can really tell they love working with kids! I just want to update and say again how wonderful they have been with our boys! I have one son with sensory issues and they helped him get through cleaning with laughing gas and have been so patient. I have another son who had a traumatic MRI a couple years ago and has developed a fear of any medical "machines" and they have just been the best! I cannot recommend them enough!

My daughter's second time here. First was at 3 1/2 years old. She loved all the attention , and the book sugar bugs prepped her for what to expect. Second visit was today, at 4 years old. She was very excited, cheery, and enjoyed the visit. After we left she said that it was fun!

They are great. My kids came out so excited and ready to tell me about how they suppose to take care of there teeth. They gave detail instructions on how to care for there teeth and prevention care. The front desk and staff was so welcoming. This is my new dentist family.

I would like to first share that Franklin Street Pediatric Dentistry is AWESOME! I don't leave reviews often, but we have been going here about 3 years and my children (ages 2 and 6) love it!! It is a clean, friendly, caring, knowledgeable center that is wonderful for children and their dental care. First off, Dr. Hardin is AMAZING, she is knowledgeable, kind, very smart with many optional treatment plans, and detail-oriented, she has greatly helped my children's dental health. Ms. Becky, the front desk secretary is helpful, kind, organized, and always welcoming, scheduling is a breeze with her also lots of technology reminders and texts to update about appointments! And one of my children (age 6) is very nervous and anxious about the dentist due to a previous experience with a different dentist office and just today she said she liked the dentist and she did very well because Ms. Brittney (an awesome dental hygienist) was so loving, kind, caring, helpful, and she is quick and efficient when needing to be! Ms. Brittney your hard-work, patience, firm but caring techniques are AMAZING and appreciated! All of the hygienists we have had have been wonderful. This office has everything from new technology, helpful treatment options, multiple flavors of pastes and material options, caring staff, it is clean and follows protocols, it has TVs and other children decor, and it has a special tree and prizes/stickers to recognize children at the end of their appointments! We drive 1.5 hours to take our children to the dentist and I will continue to do so because the staff and facility goes ABOVE AND BEYOND!
