Dr. Harris is a native North Carolinian who spent his childhood in parts of Henderson, NC and Washington, NC respectively. He and his family currently reside in theGlen Laurel community of Clayton, where he is an avid golfer of the The Neuse GolfClub. Dr. Harris worked some years as an associate at other dental officesbefore heachieved his dream of owning his own dental practice, when he purchased Southern Village Dental in 2016.
He treats patients of all ages and works very well with children. He also utilizes the latest technology available to provide state of the art restorative and cosmetic dentistry -while maintaining a conservative approach to treatment. Heoffers a variety of dental services such as root canal therapies and extractions in-house.

I had been a patient for a few years, but refuse to keep supporting this business anymore both because of personal reasons and fault of the business practices or staff carelessness. Also, I strongly want to give this location two stars because of the office staff ignorance and lacking patient soft skills which are mindnumbingly maddening. However, Jason is a great Dentist and the works performed here are of good quality. Just beware of Less than considerate office workers, you'll have to explain everything to them like they are children.

Incompetent staff and the dentist himself didn't seem to really care about me as a patient. I called numerous times just to get a copy of my treatment plan but the front desk staff couldn't seem to be able to handle that simple request. Im better off pulling my own teeth with a set a rusty pliers.

I will say I was terrified going in for my first deep clean in 10 years with one needing to be pulled .. I am truly terrified of needles and expected to squirm like a child LOL however the experience I had today changed my whole prospective. I truly didn't feel a thing. They are so awesome.. seriously. All very sterile and educated.. I plan on this being my dentist the rest of my adult years. Thank you!!!

As a former dental assistant, I appreciate the sterilization, the purification of the air, the office staff are ready to do there job. Its a love of labor, it takes a very special person to love what they do. Dr. Harris is a great leader and team player. He explains what what he is doing or needs to do and why. The office is warm and inviting. Thank you

Horrible receptionist answered the phone very disrespectful and was not nice at all I just had a question and she gave me a lot of attitude and rudeness please fire her and find somebody nicer I did not appreciate that.

My first visit to the dentist since I moved here 2 years ago. The hygienist was very thorough and knowledgeable about the next step for me to take to have healthy gums and teeth. I will recommend this dentist office to anyone in need of a dentist.

Dr. Harris and the dental hygienist I had today were amazing. Dr. Harris is such a great dentist and hes so knowledgeable. His bedside manner is wonderful and hes very patient with me, I can be a difficult patient. This whole place makes me enjoy the dentist more than I ever have in the past. Would recommend to everyone. Kiki was also super friendly and knowledgeable. she was the dental assistant/hygienist.

My first visit was about a month ago for some cleaning and x-rays. Dr. Harris seens very thorough and professional and the office staff is friendly. My dental hygienist was also superb. Also, the office and patient rooms are very clean and organized which speaks volumes to me. This will be our new family dentist.

Dr Harris is the best ever for years I did not feel good about my smile and was told by other dentist I would need to get all of my teeth extracted and ware dentures for the rest of my life Dr Harris was a savior and change all of that my life was forever changed I will always be grateful for what he did to my smile and his staff is amazing and the best! They made me feel so comfortable with my procedures and not afraid at all and pain free! dr Harris is the truth! I am always thankful for how you took care of me as a patient thank you so much for all you do God bless
