I highly recommend this dental group to anyone with children who don't especially like the dentist or are hard to handle at the dentist. It has been almost impossible to find a dentist near me that my children have felt comfortable with but we felt comfortable and at ease with these dentists. They also made sure to talk to me and the kids about everything they were doing and why, as they were doing it. We will definately be coming back for all of our dental needs!

I took my sister who is almost 7 months pregnant here for first time. They didn't tell her that she would need a note from her ob even though she told them she was pregnant. So all he did at the first visit was barely look in her mouth and tell her he couldn't do anything til she got a note. We left and called ob to fax note which took 5 minutes so why could she not have sat in the chair and waited til fax came in. Then today was second visit and he told her he was referring her to a endodontist. He also told her he wasn't sure her tooth needed a root canal or what needed done to it to fix it. When asking dental assistant if he was gonna do a cleaning she said not until after all the work is done on her teeth. She then turned her back (where I was standing to support my sister) and rolled her eyes when my sister said any other dentist I went to cleaned my teeth first and then made a plan to fix whatever is wrong. I would not recommed this group at all to anyone. After today my sister is looking for a new dentist. This office is unreliable, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He didn't call in her medicine. When she got to the pharmacy the pharmacist had to call and get the prescription. They responded with they are short staffed and don't call in prescriptions until noon.

A real expert in saying, "I can't do this" and guilting patients. Absolutely rude and condescending, as if he's special because he has an education he excels at using badly. Dental insurance in this country is an absolute joke if this and SIUe dental school are the only places outside of Chicagoland that take Delta Dental.

I have been going to this doctor for about five years. My significant other went to him first. He was having a terrible tooth ache and had gone to another dentist several times to be given antibiotics. After going three times he decided to go somewhere else to figure out what was going on. He went to the dental group and the doctor fixed the issue on the first visit. That was five years ago now. I would recommend and I feel safe going to this doctor. I have had wisdom teeth pulled, cavities filled, cleanings, and an infection.

I wish I would have believed the bad reviews before I wasted my time going to this fraud place. Not only did they lie about the root canals that I never got, I'm now dealing with what seems like a very bad infection after crowns were forced into my gums with not anesthesia. I called the office and was told they would call me back and guess what NO CALL BACK. I had to call them back to see what was the doctor going to do. I wouldn't recommend this place. Please don't waste your time and save yourself from further pain and possible infections!!! I regret going here

Rude! Said my daughter needed to be referred but would not help with the referral process whatsoever, told me to call the insurance company.

DO NOT GO ! DR. WOULD NOT TOUCH A BROKEN TOOTH. IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME. PEOPLE ARE NOT FRIENDLY. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I only wish I would had read these reviews before my visit with this hell hole!! After having a tooth removed, I've had to endure infection after infection, already ended up in a hospital due to the piece of tooth that was embedded in the extraction area!! Four months of this and I'm still battling with infections!! I'm taking matters into my own hands in this place!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! Infections can kill!!! Especially do NOT bring your children!!!!

One of the dentists wasn't very friendly was actually rude done work on mine and my son's teeth he was rude to my son as well we kind of just overlooked it at 1st...he cut my tongue couldn't eat hard food for 3 weeks have a big scar on it still he never even mentioned it cause I was numb I thought my tooth was just bleeding so then we go to another dentist they take x-rays and wanna know who did mine and my son's teeth because they went all the way down to the nerve and have now messed up our teeth. Don't waste your time

Went into the office today as a new patient with an infected molar, Dr took an *extremely* proactive approach and is planning to fix everything in my mouth in 2-4 visits. Both the Dr and his assistant were kind, welcoming, and focused on getting me back to 100% asap. I couldn't be happier with my new dentist! 6 out of 5 stars!

Worst experience of my life. This is the only dentist office that I had more problems with my teeth after they did work in them, then before I came to them. They don't respond quickly to you phone calls and the dentist doesn't take time on your teeth, just a fast quick fix instead of actually fixing the problem. I was up night after night with tooth pain and called and called to try to get problem fixed. Never called back until I finally got thru after the third day of calling. I would not recomend my worst enemy to this place. Please, proceed with caution.
