Dr. Puckett was the only doctor that could help me! My dentist sent me to Middle Tennessee Endodontics, in Murfreesboro, and they told me I didn't need a root canal. I was sent to a periodontist who told me it wasn't a gum issue. I then went to Dr. Pucket and he suggested I have a root canal on my new crown, after having pain since it was put on. I can finally chew on my molar. No one else could help me, but he did! Thank you so much and I recommend their office to everyone. Great office staff too!

Dr. Puckett did a wonderful job with my root canal. Very personable and professional guy and the staff was helpful. Only negative occurrence was following a finishing polish from him at the end of the procedure, the assistant proceeded to continue to polish the tooth without Dr. Puckett in the room and ended up cutting into the underside of my tongue/mouth which resulted in a few sorry's, bleeding, and a quick stitch from Dr. Puckett that fell out on my way home. That actually hurts more post-procedure than the actual root canal does.

Excellent experience. Went in yesterday for a root canal. Everyone was extremely friendly and kind. Dr Puckett did a great job. No pain 3 hours later. Can't say enough good things. When it comes to this sort of thing, you want someone who is skilled and competent. I have serious doubts that a better option exists in the area. If you need endodontic work done, this is where you need to go. Period.

I can honestly say I can't think of one bad thing to say about my visit. I was so dreading having a root canal done due to having bad experience in the past. I figured this was going to be like other dentist office in the past. Wow was I ever wrong! As I sat with my husband in the waiting area the lady at the desk was so pleasant. We talked and joked around which helped me relax a bit. Then the assistant came and got me to take me to the room which got my nerves going again. But she was so kind and explained everything to me. Then the Dr came in and the first thing he said was hi Angela I'm Joshua. I thought that was just amazing most come in and say I'm Dr so and so. I guess I feel he treated me like a person not just another job he had to do. He played music and sang. It was just a comforting experience all the way around. I will definitely go back if I ever have to have another root canal done. I highly recommend him. I'd give 10 stars if available. Thank you all at the office for being so kind.

To say I am scared senseless of going to the dentist is an understatement. I had a root canal this afternoon with Dr. Puckett, and I absolutely could not have asked for a better experience. He cracked a few jokes, did some singing, and put me right at ease. He and all of his staff are completely amazing.

I was recently told I needed to have a root canal. Having had a bad experience with a dentist in the past I was filled with anxiety and fear going into this morning. I was met immediately upon arrival by a very friendly front desk employee, she could see I was nervous. Terri told me it would be ok and that the worst part was going to be Dr. Puckett's lack of a singing voice. My name was called and the tummy turning started. The 2 assistants were professional and caring and could also tell how uneasy I was. Dr. Puckett came in and immediately made me feel better. He made me laugh and feel as though my fear was not to be dismissed. My root canal started and Dr. Puckett did not disappoint, he sang as he worked and yes Terri was absolutely correct..... Doc can't sing but it was truly cute that he tried.. I was never surprised by anything he did and I am now for the first time in months pain free.... I am so glad we were referred to Southern Tennessee Endodontics. Thank you all for an amazing and pain free experience..

Dr. Puckett did a root canal for me today and it was a piece of cake. He is awesome and his staff is top notch and very professional. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

Who would have thought you'd have fun getting a root canal?! I wasn't excited but once I got to Dr. Puckett's office everything was put at ease. They let you choose your genre of music. And you also get a show! Dance Party!

Dr. Puckett and his entire staff are top notch! First of all, you will never find a better endodontist. Anywhere. Period. He is very professional and has the BEST personality-- He sings while he works . Super relaxing atmosphere. Very pleasant experience with NO PAIN whatsoever!!! The staff is AMAZING!!.. Very welcoming from front to back!. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Best experience I've ever had at a Dentist. Dr. Josh Puckett did excellent work, no pain, comfortable and easy. Thanks SO MUCH as I was worried before but once I got in there and it was underway, I was amazed.

I just want to shout from the roof tops that this place is nothing short of amazing. I was a complete disaster learning the news "you need a root canal!" I was referred to Dr. Puckett and let me just say, he is absolutely fantastic at what he does. He made me feel comfortable and there was zero pain. ZERO! He has a way of taking your mind off what is actually going on and he cares... he cares if you are nervous or scared. I cannot leave out his amazing staff, ALL of them! That entire team is what I would call the DREAM TEAM! Everyone in that facility treats you like family! My only complaint is I wish they would handle my yearly cleanings. If you need any dental work please go see Dr. Puckett and his dream team!
