My experience at Southern surgical Arts was positive as soon.as we walked through the door. My procedure was scheduled and moved up as an opening came up. The staff was very professional. They also followed up with me after my procedure.

If you ever need oral surgery done I very highly recommend Southern Surgical Arts. From the front desk all the way back to Dr. Stone everyone you encounter is so kind and truly seems to care. Dr. Stone is hands down the best! Great bedside manner and talks to you like a person. He took care of me when surgery was high risk. Even had to make a tough call and told my husband while I was in recovery, he made the choice he would make if it was his wife in the chair! People you don't get better care than here!!!!

I had a very bad experience I definitely don't recommend The "new" front desk girl made a mistake and I had to pay $290 just for her mistake . They just don't care. They will take your money any ways.

Dr Stone and his staff were very friendly. They were able to get me in to the office that day because I had a severe toothache and my tooth needed pulling. They pulled it that same day.

Dr. Barker did an awesome job making me feel safe. I am healing quickly from the procedure and his intuition and empathy gave me such a sense of security. I am so thankful for his hard work and attention to detail. The staff also did a fantastic job. Thank you!

Abysmal customer service. My wife was in extreme pain and they would not move her appointment up, or work on her the same day even though she was in excruciating pain and antibiotics weren't working. In addition to that the $40 they told me we would owe suddenly ballooned to $950 if I wanted to book the following Monday rather than waiting 2 weeks (2 weeks was magically free). After that they wouldn't use my Credit Card because it didn't have my wife's name on it even though they had: My Family Insurance Card with my name on it, My ID, My Credit card, me calling and had verified with my insurance and spoken with me. Skip this place. Unless you want a surprise visit and underwhelming service.

I highly recommend Dr. Stone. I had a tooth extracted and required sedation. I am extremely pleased with how I was treated by the office staff, the dentist, as well as the result of my dental work. I have always been fearful of going to the dentist, but the availability of sedation dentistry combined with the careful attention I received helped with that fear.

I definitely would not recommend Southern Surgical Arts. After my son had 3 extractions done everything seemed to be going well. 10 days after surgery he developed severe pain, swelling and difficulty swallowing. I immediately called their office (at 2pm) and was told I would get a call back. We never did. We ended up in the Emergency Room where he was diagnosed with an infection and placed on IV antibiotics. There was NEVER any post surgical call to see how he was doing. Even after his procedure they were so quick to discharge him before he was fully awake. He nearly collapsed walking from the building to the car, I had to have my husband grab him before he fell. I had a bad feeling the first day I walked in this place. I should have gone with my gut but I didn't because they were covered by my insurance. Never again.

As someone who just got a wisdom tooth pulled at this place, It cannot be overstated that the Oral Surgeons at SSA are professional of the highest order; not only were they excellent in their care, but also informative and to-the-point in the best of ways with their ability to help you. Moreover, and perhaps most importantly, their rates for dental extraction are the best you could probably find in the US; between 300$ to $450 (depending on anesthesia) total between consultation and single extractions and $1200 for a whole set; these rates are absolute life-savers in a realm where Dental Prices are through the roof everywhere else, i cannot recommend these people enough!

Lovely office, ladies were very polite, Dr. Stone made a great first impression. Compassion goes a long way! Only thing I would want is more financial options for those who self pay. Times are tough
