I was raised in Dickson. College and Dental School were the only institutions to drag me away. I came home to friends and family after passing the National Boards of Dentistry. I built my practice here and raised my children. Dickson is the only home I know!

I really enjoyed my visit all the staff was so friendly and so helpful. I was nervous about going and they made me feel so comfortable, had a lot done today and no pain was involved. I highly recommend Dr Bagget and his staff

I cannot say enough good things about this dentist office ! From the first call to schedule an appointment, to getting my cleaning and a filling done, I was treated so nicely from start to finish. Dr. Baggett, Anna, Amanda, and another lady that I didn't catch the name of were all very professional and informed me of what they did as they went. I've never felt so comfortable at any other dentist office and I will be returning when needed. Also, I feel like they are very well priced and do not try to "over fix" you like another office in downtown has done in the past. Thank you Southern Smiles for all you do!

The entire visit was Great. Started with the front desk who helped figure out my insurance, setting appointments to work everyone in, in a timely manner... to the Dentist who was kind, nice sat down went over all the x-rays with me and explained everything and finally the hygienist who cleaned my teeth who also explained everything as she went along and did an awesome job doing it all! It was an excellent experience... there 6 in my family and I can honestly say it has been a positive experience for all of us. So Thank You Southern Smile... we will all be back soon enough.

I always have a great experience at Dr Bagget's office. I will always come back! I have been coming here for over 5 years and always had great customer service from the office manager to the doc. I love it! The folks there make it a truly enjoyable experience.

They were welcoming and beyond quick. The friendly atmosphere helped ease the dread of having dental work done. The were able to do my consultation, fillings, and a cleaning the same day. They make visiting the dentist a breeze.

The receptionists are very rude . I got hung up on by one . I plainly said what i.wanted done . My crown fell out last night . I want my teeth partial plate and 2 teeth at bottom . I want bonding or repair done to my 2 front teeth even pulled . And partial 2 tooth plate put in at top . They informed me had to get a deep cleaning . And claimed that I did not ask for partial denture plates on the first visit? I did . I'm not stupid . I desperately need help with this matter . Also I was told the x-rays etc was covered by my united insurance but got a bill for 100 I owe ? Not happy . I was in the hospital for UTI FORGOT MY APPOINTMENT THURS I THOUGHT IT WAS ON FRIDAY GOT NO REMINDER
