The most professional & friendliest staff I have ever been in contact with. They make you feel so comfortable, make sure you fully understand everything with alot of patience. If I could 20 plus stars I would! I would definitely recommend anyone to visit Southern Pines Dental for all your dental needs!!!!! Thanks Tamisha Allen Washington

Honestly I don't even know where to begin so I guess I'll start with Ms. Keisha. This lady by far is the best receptionist I have met in a long time! She knows me, all my children and every other patient that walked in the doors by our names and didn't even have to look at a chart or ask us and have us checked in. She is so friendly, kind, funny and an absolute pleasure to be around. I can talk to her like a big sister and love hearing about all of her travel experiences. My family has been going to this dentist office since they opened up. This practice started with Mr jessie, a kind father figure wise gentleman, who truly cared about his patients and adored the children. So i guess you could say he was like their other grandfather. Lol. He later added Ms. Mindy. Ms. Mindy was so full of light and laughter and kept a smile on my kids faces. She know just how to gain the trust of children and also had a little surprise for them after every visit. A toy out of the toy chest or a free icecream cone, either way the children loved it. Ms. Mindy has since moved on to another practice close to home and will be very missed! As of now Mr jessie has retired and has passed the practice on to Dr. Kyle Gresham. When covid had hit me and my children took a break form going to the dentist and have just recently started going back. me and my kids mouths are not in the best shape as of right now from taking a break but this guy has not judged us at all and understood our covid hesitation. He is very passionate about what he does and makes you feel so comfortable. Most people think the dentist office is the worst place in the world, but if you give Dr Gresham a chance you will NOT be disappointed! We will continue to see our dental family. Keep up the great work Southern Pines Dental crew!!!

This wonderful staff treats you like family from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave. They are 100% professional, as well. The facility is spotlessly clean.

Took my boys for the first time & so glad we made the swap they are too! Very attentive staff allowed me in the room with them. They have a tv with headphones to keep them occupied & were so helpful & informative when it came to telling me what they were doing, why & what steps to take next . We loved this office!

Is the best dentist office for my kids. My son loves him. But my daughter is usually terrified of dentists, and she gets so calm with the ladies that work here.

I have been afraid of the dentist my whole life but after this last visit with Dr. G I think I can face my fears and move on. Great bedside manner patient and understanding to fears and phobias!! Plus the payment plans are affordable!!

I did not want to drive from Minden today. But my 14 y/o son insists that this is the dentist office he uses . The staff is friendly the ,atmosphere is welcoming and the thermostat is set just right lol . I guess we will be coming more often and I'm definitely changing to this office .

My daughter has been to two dentists before and was so traumatized that I've fought with her for 2 or 3 years to get her teeth cleaned to no avail. She recently told me she had an absessed tooth and wanted to go to the dentist. I was just as nervous as her because of all the anxiety from prior experiences. She was nervous when we first made it to Southern Pines, but in no time the staff had her at ease! She got her teeth cleaned (without fighting) and got the bad tooth pulled. We have never lasted an appointment long enough to get that done! Dr. Gresham was amazing and kept reminding her how awesome she was doing. She even walked out with a prescription for ice cream She has more work to be done but no longer fears it. On the ride home, all she could talk about was how nice everyone was to her. For years I've carried guilt for allowing her fear to dictate dental care. That burden was completely lifted today!!! I cannot thank the staff enough for the milestone we reached today!
