We have a great team here at SOS. All of our staff members are highly trained and have been with us for over 10 years. They work together like a well-oiled machine and are here to make your treatment visits as smooth, comfortable and convenient as possible. Charlotte is the voice of Southern Orthodontic Specialists when you call our Collierville office. She has been here for a while and knows about everything, so don't hesitate to ask. If she doesn't know, she will find out for you.
Rhonda is here to help you with all of your insurance questions, including coordination of benefits, payments, and processing of your insurance claims. Also, she can help answer any questions about your account.
Kay has been here the least amount of time (only 10 years), but she can can do just about any job in our office. She travels all the way from Pope, MS to be with us every day because she loves working here so much!

My visits are always pleasant whether at the Southaven or Collierville office. Dr, Harrison and the entire staff are the sweetest, They are very gentle always asking if you're okay, and if you need to come in between appointments they get you right in.

I'm all smiles because of Dr. Hunter Harrison and my.Southern orthodontist family. I got my braces off in believe in May of 2020 and I love my smile, my retainer was not making me happy and he called to check on me and I told him I wasn't doing what I was told because I didn't like the feel of my retainer. My Dr. Harrison got me back in , did a rescan of my teeth and got me a new retainer. I can't specify enough how caring Dr. Harrison and his staff are. You are not just a patient there, you become family and that means so much to me. I LOVE MY DR. HARRISON AND HIS STAFF, I give him 110 STARS BECAUSE they give you 110 of services. They are Amazing. Dr. Harrison is very skilled and experienced. I went to several orthodontists to get estimates and they all said I needed jaw surgery. Dr. Harrison was able to give me a beautiful smile without jaw surgery and even though my treatment was pretty complex, him and his staff were always sensitive to my needs (and fears lol). They kept me comfortable and treated me like a friend. I can't recommend this place enough. I am very grateful.

Everyone there was SO nice and understanding with my daughter (age 7) who is TERRIFIED of dentists. She was having a meltdown from being so afraid and they were extremely helpful and calm through the whole appointment. She left feeling so much better about what an orthodontist does and was way less afraid. Thank you all!

This place was great at first. My braces did an amazing job and never had any complaints. Until i got my braces off I lost my retainer, so i turned in my mold of my teeth to get another one. They said it should come in in a week or so. It has been months and i still haven't got my retainer. Everytime we call and ask they say it's "lost in the mail". My teeth have completely moved from how straight they are. Everytime my mom goes up there to get an update they're not open.
