Misty at front desk was amazing. She was able to get me in much sooner than planned, great service. Dr Rasmussen was prompt and did a wonderful job on my root canal! And he's a cutie!

Great Experience from scheduling to my actual root canal. Friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable staff. Dr. Rasmussen and Kristie, his assistant made sure I was comfortable, answered my questions and provided detailed information about my tooth. I loved all the high technology in the office.

Dental procedures of all types give me major anxiety, to the point where I cry. I literally cannot contain my emotions. The workers here are so kind, they never once made me feel bad about how I was feeling. They constantly reassured me that everything was okay and how well I was doing. The root canal wasn't half as bad as I was expecting. I literally felt no pain during. The dentist was extremely fast and efficient. Everyone that works in that office is so kind and compassionate, it really made the whole experience. Luckily I read the previous reviews before I went because I was doubting even doing it. If you're second guessing getting your root canal, read these reviews. Ask questions. Everyone there is more than willing to help you and make you comfortable. Thankful this is the place I went for my first root canal.

I've never needed dental work like this done before, so I was a bit nervous and didn't know what to expect. Dr. R was amazing! He explained the pros and cons of doing a root canal at my age, did testing himself first to make sure the root canal that my family dentist recommended was the appropriate treatment anyway, and then when it came to the root canal it's self it went so fast and wasn't painful in the slightest. I was in and out of the office in under an hour. Also all the support staff at the front desk were great (they helped get me in relatively quickly), and his dental assistant was great too. I hope I never need a root canal again, but I definitely know where I will be going if I do need one!

Dr. Rasmussen and his crew were kind and efficient. What was going to be done - root canal and explanation - and explanation upon completion were both thorough. I would recommend them highly.

The office staff and the Dentist was exceptional. They were kind and patient with me. When I had any questions they were happy to answer them and made sure I understood everything that was happening.

Though the process was quick 45min start to finish. That would include first time paitent paperwork, xrays, work done and walking out the door. I would say that the doctor has a very heavy hand and my lip and gums were bruised and swollen. Now I know I had a root canal done (not my first one) and it should not feel great but I felt as though I was kicked in the face by a horse. There was no wasting time. I was numbed, had shots and work started with a few mins. No time to even catch my breath after the numbung shots ( in the roof of my mouth and gums). I would not recommend for the vaint of heart as this was not easy. Today is the next and day I am not in too much pain but still bruised and swollen.

Terrible customer service. They did a root canal under 2 years ago i was having pain in the tooth. I tried to get answers from receptionist and she says just come see us because she can't answer anything. They charged me $200 to tell me that it failed I think that is completely ridiculous. As if the $1600 original charge wasn't bad enough. They quote me $1762 to do another procedure and not we will credit you the 200 back towards the procedure. Rip offs they will never see me again.

I came on referral from my regular dentist for root canal work. Dr. Rasmussen and his staff are great to work with. They treat people with professional, compassionate care. They take the time and patience to explain things and make sure your comfort comes first. My work required several visits, and I was never kept waiting, even when showing up early. The doctor and his staff also work very well together, quickly and efficiently so that you aren't there longer than you need to be. Everything was painless and easy. They provide excellent care. I highly recommend Southern Oregon Endodontics.
