I had an excellent experience with having a tooth pulled and an implant inserted. One amazing thing was the promptness and friendliness of the staff. Another amazing thing was that there was no pain during and after the experience. They also figured out how to use my health insurance. So, far all is doing great and I can play my horn again.... Thanks Southern!

Dr. Lotesto was great and Mandy at the front desk was extremely helpful answering all our billing questions. They both went above and beyond. I highly recommend them for your oral surgery needs.

I had a wonderful experience! The staff is so friendly and comforting. I was very very nervous about getting my wisdom teeth removed and they talked me through everything and really calmed my fears. Dr. Lotesto and Bethany did an amazing job explaining everything and were so kind and helpful! One of the staff even called to check on me later that night! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Dr. Rachel Strait is just a great surgeon. Made my visit delightful and painless until the numbness wore off of course. When you need oral surgery, I highly recommend Rachel to do the job. She's just as awesome as they come. Thank you Rachel!!!!

I was very well taken care of. The wisdom teeth removal procedure didn't take very long and I was sent home with all the care instructions I needed as well as some snacks!

We could not have had a better experience with Dr Sean Young and staff. They were kind, compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and obviously talented to perform the complete implant surgery on my husband. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Thank you! Jim and Sandy Poag

Worst dental experience of my life. Took them 5 jabs to actually get me numb. Then when pulling the tooth nearly knocked another one out. Nice staff and people but the experience with the Dr was terrible. Will not be going back.

Spring cleaning & just found my after care bag from when I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed with Dr.Clark and realized I never left a review! Well guys, this review is truly well deserved!. EVERYONE in the office was extremely courteous, professional, & personable. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was welcoming with an upbeat positive energy. I was so nervous about having my wisdom teeth removed but Dr.Clark put me at ease by informing me what my current status was with my wisdom teeth by showing and explaining my x-rays to me. Dr.Clark also gave me tips on how to have the best success with post op care. My experience truly exceeded my expectations and all went exactly how Dr.Clark said it would go. I followed all after care instructions to a "T" and had not one single issue. To top it all after Dr.Clark called a few times after surgery just to check on me to see how post of care was going and if I had any questions or concerns. Dr. Clark is truly a Gem!

I was recommended here by my longtime dentist who knows I love the best. And he knocked the cover off with this one. Total professionals: completely well educated and exceptionally gifted doctors who have an outstanding bedside manner; moreover, the entire staff is caring and sweet and fun. I've never waited more than a minute past appointment time and my implant was very involved and I never had one problem. I cannot recommend this place enough and know you'll be in good hands. I saw Dr Sean Young but I understand the entire team in amazing. Thank y'all for being the best in the business and for all my care and attention!

I've been to this practice twice and had a really good experience each time. On my most recent appointment, I was scheduled for 12:00 pm. And I was done and leaving at 12:45 pm. They are all friendly and they don't waste your time by making you wait for a long time. And they call you later the same day to make sure you're doing OK after your procedure. If I ever need an oral surgeon again, I will definitely be back. And when the time comes, I'm planning to take my children here to get their wisdom teeth out. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Dr. Young and his Team are always very friendly and professional. Their number one objective is to make sure that you are educated on your procedure, comfortable and what to expect post surgery. I have been to a lot of dentists over the years and this is Team is one of the best I have encountered. Well done, appreciate the care taken. Service is top notch.

Wow! I was blown away at the kindness of every single employee. First time my son (9 years old) had to go see an oral surgeon. He had a cyst that had to be removed. They explained everything well to me-the diagnosis, the plan of action, the cost, the at home care. My son was nervous but they were very, very attentive and made sure he was comfortable before, during and after. Dr. Clark is amazing! He was very thorough, kind and gentle. He called later on that evening to check on my son. My heart was warm that he took the time to check on him. I know they are all busy. Hands down the best! So thankful I was referred to this practice! Thank you!

This place was awesome. I've never had a tooth pulled before so I was nervous and Dr young made sure I was comfortable. He even called to check on me personally later that evening. They did what was best for me and not what made them the most money.

Dr. Lewallen is a fantastic surgeon. My first experience seeing an oral surgeon was with Dr. Lewallen. During and after my surgeries, Dr. Lewallen was great, He even calls you the evening of your surgery to see how you're doing. Staff have been great, always willing to answer questions and make you feel relaxed. I would highly recommend Dr. Lewallen at Southern Oral and Facial Surgery.

Dr Young was absolutely amazing. I had high doubts he would be able to extract my sons wisdom teeth in the office. My son has autism, is non verbal and won't let anyone near his mouth or nose. Him and his staff did what I thought was the impossible and were so patient and kind. When I had concerns, Dr. Young called me back on Christmas Eve, had me take pictures, and helped fix it. My sons mouth healed with no complications from the actual extraction, which was a huge concern for me. Would highly recommend this office.
