Horrible. They tried to refuse me service the moment I walked into their office. Not a single person in sight in their waiting room and they wouldn't serve me because I didn't bring a general dentist referral slip that they insist they told me to bring in but they said to bring i.d. and my insurance card. After reading some of the horrific reviews on here I'm glad I opted to walk out and explore other options.

Soon as I stepped into the "waiting room" it was awful. Smelled like cigarettes. The ladies behind the counter were rude. I was neverus just getting a consultation. I had an infection wisdom tooth. I went back down a hallway heading to a ...

This place is the absolute worst ! I can't tell you how great the doctor is because he left the office when we had a 3:45 pm appointment ! And here I sit in the parking lot and the whole staff has left by 3:55 pm. We made a 45 min drive ...

Avoid this place at all costs. Scheduled my appt for 11:45 in the morning, then made me wait over an hour and did not let me know my copay of 500$ prior to scheduling the appt. Waited over an hour and finally told the girl to give me a ...

Unorganized. Overbook patients. Had a 2pm appointment and wasn't taken back until 3:10pm! They book so many patients at once that there were elderly left standing as there weren't any seats available for them to sit in.

Dr. Roberts and Mimi were great. Very attentive to your needs. Waiting time was approximately 1hour, but once in the back it moved quickly.

I don't make reviews on places I just read them but today is different i almost lost someone very close to my heart. So I'm warning anybody reading this I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE! YOU MAY LOSE YOUR LIFE OR CLOSE TO IT!! My fiance got all 4 wisdom teeth pulled today in 1 hour, his shirt was VERY BLOODY before we left & it was said that "it was the first time they saw that" but they still let us go. On the way home he was gushing lots of blood & when we got home he was still losing a lot of blood. I followed all the rules & thought maybe because he did get all 4 pulled at the same time & it was said bleeding a few hours after surgery is normal as long as it starts to become lighter. Long story short, 2 hours after leaving I picked up his script & came home to a bloody massacre I knew something was wrong when he told me to call the ambulance (he NEVER wants to go to the hospital) 7-8 hours in the hospital come to find out they missed a step & my fiance lost about 2 pints of blood between the oral surgery place & the hospital ,he also passed out in the hospital due to all the blood loss & had them talking about blood transfusion. Thankfully, he didn't need a transfusion but he almost died & that's enough for me to react & write this review.

I called to schedule an appointment, three times the voicemail answered while the office is open! I called again. They finally answered only to put me on hold for 40 minutes! This happens every time I call this place. This is ridiculous!

From my first call to the end of my appointment with Dr. Hudson, I knew I had made the best decision to become her patient. Her staff is so professional and welcoming. The office space and clinical rooms are warm and peaceful. And the moment I met Dr. Hudson I knew I was in excellent hands. What I value most from my medical professionals is integrity, kindness and brilliance. She brings all that and much more.

Place was very unorganized. Switched my appointment for 2 weeks. And the day of surgery would change the time. The surgeon himself was very rude and sent me to get unnecessary testing done that was costly. However one nurse was very kind hearted and caring. It's a shame she has to be in a place with unorganized, under qualified, disrespectful associates.

Soon as I stepped into the "waiting room" it was awful. Smelled like cigarettes. The ladies behind the counter were rude. I was neverus just getting a consultation. I had an infection wisdom tooth. I went back down a hallway heading to a room and I saw them removing someone's teeth in their street clothes and the door wide open. I waited in a room I looked around nothing was cleaned. They still had used and rusted tools in the room that they use to put in your mouth/ take your teeth out I was waiting in. I saw they how they "cleaned" the tools. They put them in the sink and rinse them off. The doctor finally came in and didn't even check my infection didn't know how to speak to a patient. I walked out of there crying my eyes because I did not want them to touch me. I'm giving them 1 star and that's for walking out without another infection! I just got my tooth pulled today by a different surgeon and it was completely amazing!

They scheduled my girl for oral surgery and lost the appointment the day she went in. Harrased her about calling in a pain medication like she was an addict after they lost the appointment. Gave an emergency appt for 2 days later where he stopped extracting teeth (before he got to the troublesome ones) because she moved. She went to another dentist for a referral because the PAIN GOT WORSE. The other dentist referred her back here to complete surgery Today he cut her teeth then refused to do the procedure. Every time shes gone there it was unprofessional and condescending. Shes missed more than a week of work AFTER she scheduled the surgery to rectify the issue. She. Still has to schedule another surgery. His reason today. She moved while lightly sedated and he thought she would scare the other patients Unprofessional and a waste of time Im th8nkibg of suing honestly
