My experience at this location was horrible. They first kept giving me the run around with the billing of my insurance and then they kept moving and rescheduling my appointment due to Dr Choi not being in the office. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time coming here.

Dr. Choi is wonderful at his job, extremely thorough and willing to explain things to you in-depth. If you are in need of oral surgeon services I highly recommend this practice and especially Dr. Choi.

Extremely professional. I had an excellent experience from beginning to end for my tooth extraction. The staff and assistants were great - professional, helpful, polite, informative. Dr. Choi was fantastic. He explained the entire process, discussed all options, and addressed all questions. The assistant for the tooth extraction walked me through the entire process and made me feel taken care of and attended to. I couldn't be happier with my entire experience here.

Expect to spend a lot of time here. They have been no less than 45 minutes late for each appt I've had.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE WALDORF LOCATION IS COMPLETELY DISTASTEFUL. BEFORE MEETING A PERSON OR ANY REPRESENTATIVE PHYSICALLY I WAS TREATED WITH DISRESPECT. Dani at the front desk not only had NO PATIENCE but she also as a front desk representative is the type of individual to place you on hold while speaking of your conflicts and never returning. I called a few weeks ago after my appt was changed after waiting for an apt for over 3 months. From there, I am speaking with Dani explaining my issue and before I can finish I was hearing elevator music in my head and what's make it worse when asked to speak to an manager Theresa her response for the lack of respect was "maybe she had other patients". Another slap in the face from the staff at this establishment. I do not recommend. No effort or care when people are coming at all different levels, people with pain, people who are expecting exceptional service. I did not appreciate the initial respect over the phone from DANI OR THERESA. Two women who should not be monitoring the front desk or management. From over-talking a patient, to showing no care whatsoever, to defending the poor service given.

I had a very pleasant experience here. They all were very professional at all times. Very informative and also provided recommendations. I was made very comfortable during my procedure and also received follow-up calls. If I could give more stars...I would. The surgeon is awesome!

I am 17, and recently had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. The experience was fantastic. I felt comfortable the whole time and in very little pain. since this experience i have been recommending this oral surgen to everyone.

Great customer service!!! I can't think of her name but she answered the phone this morning and was more than polite when scheduling my new appt. I had just gotten off the phone with another office and was treated horribly over the phone. Its such a great feeling to feel a level of respect over the phone...I can only imagine what the rest of the staff is like! Thanks!!!

1 star do to the pain and discomfort I felt during surgery even though i was sedated. This is the 2nd time ive used them to extract my wisdom teeth. The first time i was totally asleep and felt nothing. This time i was sleep but i felt pain and pressure. Maybe they didn't use enough sedation this time even though i paid to be totally asleep.

I would like to rate plus 5 stars rating for Dr. Knight and staff after taking care of my 16 years old son Jacob - removal of 4 wisdom teeth and excision of Baby tooth. The surgery took 1 1/2 hour with additional 1/2 hour for recovery. Dr. Knight came out and explained the overall surgery and the status of my son. What a great bedside manner and alleviate a lot of concerns after surgery. The staff from the front desk to actual discharge instructions are awesome! I highly recommend Dr. Knight and this office for your oral surgeries. It was a great choice ! Thank you Dr. Knight and staff of SMO surgery

If I could give this office a ZERO I would. Front office was very rude and disrespectful while making and confirming my appointment. Sherry was huffing and puffing while I was asking questions about navigating their website, giving terrible instructions, and getting frustrated with me because her instructions were wrong. She even hung up the phone on me while I still had questions. If you're looking for a helpful team for your oral surgery I would stay FAR AWAY from this office.

I was so impressed with this office today. My newborn needed his tongue clipped due to difficulty eating, the ENT scheduled me out almost 3 weeks after he was born. I called SOMD and told them my problem and Dr. Kim was able to work me in that morning!! It made such a difference and I'm so grateful for their understanding.
