I had a great experience. I had 4 wisdom teeth extractions and 1 tooth extraction and a bone graft. Dr. Kim and the nurses made me feel comfortable and not as nervous. It was quick and easy, and I experienced no pain. I would highly recommend going here!

My kids were referred here by their orthodontist and the front office was thankfully able to get them in quickly. It's not a particularly friendly place, but they get the job done. If you're really worried about the virus, you'll be very comfortable here.

Very impressed. Had an extraction, bone graph and implant placed. Dr. Kim was excellent. The procedure options were well explained and risks addressed. I opted for local anesthesia and the required procedures were completed professionally and painlessly. Could not be happier with the outcome and found Dr. Kim and his staff caring, competent and friendly. For the communication issues some people have mentioned, you need to realize the California office is open only limited days a week, during those days I never had problem getting though. On other days you can call one of the other offices and get the support you need.

Dr Knight handled my complicated case with ease (all four wisdom teeth were impacted with bottom two sitting right on top of the nerves). The medical staff were so kind and patient with me at the consultation and the surgery appointments. I read the reviews here and made sure to get to the office earlier than 15 minutes, wore my mask, and did more than enough to prepare for the IV sedation procedure. Please be patient with the office staff. I made sure to treat everyone professionally even though I was really really nervous.

Not sure why anyone would rate this office less than 5 stars! I am currently pregnant and two weeks away from missing my window of being "allowed" to get an extraction and Summer LITERALLY managed to get me in the very next day. It may of took lots of work some people canceling etc but she's a damn Rockstar! I can't thank you enough!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible customer service on the phone and surgeons who don't know what they are doing. My brother got his wisdom teeth removed from here a year ago. He has had an infection for over a year and has only been given medication instead of given a solution to his reoccurring problem. He had to go to numerous doctors and today finally got an answer from a root canal specialist. The nerves in his last two teeth, next to his wisdom tooth removal site, are dead. He's never even had a cavity and ever since this surgery he's had infections and been in constant pain. Now he has to pay about 3000 for two root canals. Do not go here.

I've had two implants, and another wisdom tooth extraction over the last 7+ years. I couldn't have asked for better service. I will be going back for another implant this year.

It took an eternity to get a appointment once I finally got them on the phone. Upon arriving at my sons appointment at 2:31 PM when his appointment was at 2:30 I was called to cancel and was told I needed to be there 15 minutes early and the doctor had plans.

Had to get an extraction, and implant. The office staff have been amazing with coordinating and switching my schedule around my hectic life. Dr. Knight did an awesome job with the surgery, and Pam made me feel very comfortable and helped eased alot of anxiety I had with it. All the staff were very pleasant and professional. Many thanks to everyone on the office.

If it wasn't for my persistentence of finding out my appt. was canceled, I would've never known. Now just waiting for them to contact me to reschedule. Also, the medical coding they use is suspect.

In reference to front desk: need better communication with patients and less gossiping about patients within earshot of other patients. Dr. Knight, the nursing staff, and scheduling staff in the back do an amazing job and are extremely professional.
