I had the best experience with Dr. Spires and his staff, especially Dental Assistant Grace! I need to get frequent dental office visit tokens! Dr. Spires explained everything the whole time I was in that chair. Grace was very talkative with me about many different subjects that helped ease 'the-dentist-office-tension'. I had been in a great deal of pain for a few weeks and Dr. Spires worked to ease that pain with a root canal and minor surgery to relieve the inflammation. Five stars plus 100 more *****!

It was a very easy and pain free experience. Dr Spires has to be one of the kindest people I've ever met. The whole staff were very wonderful. Thank you for the positive experience. No one wants to get a root canal, but if you have to get one done, choose Dr Spires.

The best root canal experience I ever had. From reception to discharge instructions, I was treated respectfully and kindly. Dr Spiers and his assistant Grace were kind, gentle and highly competent. The listened to my concerns and alleviated any insecurities I felt. They explained everything they were going to do. I wouldn't hesitate to return to their office for care.

Got a root canal done today. Dr. Spires and his staff are caring, kind and talked to me throughout the process making sure I was not in any pain. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Everyone is very nice & understanding!! Dr Spires explained stuff well to my child so she could understand. I will be back if services like this are needed. Highly recommend!!

Having my first root canal I was worried. Dr. Spires made it painless. Didn't even feel the shot from the numbing medication. Talked me through the whole process. I would highly recommend Dr Spires if you have to have a root canal.

The doc was great, very patient and knowledgeable. The staff is whole another story. They did an x-ray which apparently isn't covered by our insurance. We were not told about this before hand. At the checkout time, the receptionist casually mentions the x-ray costed $178 and is not covered by the insurance. When I called back to tell them that they should warn patients ahead of time if something is not covered by insurance, I received a rude response with them taking no responsibility. I am not sure how this practice has 5 star rating, my experience was far from it.

I am a chicken when it comes to dental procedures and I never wanted a root canal! But, I had to have one! Dr. Spires was so kind, gentle, and careful. He and his staff made the two hour procedure not a big deal. He was very concerned with my comfort, explained everything he was going to do and why, and now I no longer fear root canals! Still don't want another one, though! LOL

When I was told by my dentist that I might need another root canal, I was super scared about getting another one. I had already had two done and the experience was not the greatest. The office schedule me an appointment with Dr. Spires and the entire week, I prayed I might not need to have one just so I won't have to go through the pain and the mistreatment I went through from the previous visit with another Dr. It turned out I needed another root canal and they scheduled me right away. The front desk was very helpful of explaining the cost and what my insurance covers. Dr Spires was very nice and he explained everything that will be taking place and throughout the procedure he explained what tools he was using and I didn't even feel a thing when he was numbing my mouth. The whole experience was so good and relaxing I lost track of time. I would recommend anyone to Dr Spires ! Thank y'all for a great experience!!!!

Dr. Spires did my root canal. My teeth are quite sensitive, so I was concerned about pain during the procedure. He only used local anesthetic, and to my surprise I felt zero pain. He and his staff were very friendly, and the procedure itself seemed like it was over in less than an hour. I've since been fitted with a crown, which I've had for a few months now with no pain or complications.

Very friendly staff. I was referred by mail regular dentist to follow up on a potential issue and after doing an assessment, they said we should just keep an eye on it so they are definitely not trying to sell you on unnecessary work.

Every dental procedure and root canal has ended up being painful during the procedure. With each experience has caused anxiety going to a dentist. Today was the best experience ever! Joseph Spires D.D.S used a technique when using a local anesthetic that I never felt the needle and numbed my mouth so well that I could have just kicked back and took a nap. During the whole procedure he made sure that I was comfortable and not feeling anything. I have never had such a wonderful experience during a root canal and will not go to anyone else, if I need any further procedures.I highly recommend him and his staff. Everyone was wonderful!

I came in with extreme pain from a cracked molar, needing a root canal. Dr. Spires and his staff worked to get me in earlier than my scheduled appointment and were very pleasant. The office was very clean and organized. They were wonderful, and I felt NO pain during the procedure. He explained what was going on very thoroughly so that I could understand. I couldn't recommend them more highly!!

This was my first time seeing Dr. Joey Spiers. He was very good at explaining to me what was going on with my tooth. While he was working on it he told me step by step what was going on. His assistant Andrea was also very good at what she was doing and was always asking me if I was doing ok. The office staff was so kind and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Joey Spires to anyone who needs to have a root canal or any other procedure done. I will definitey go back to him

Dr. Spires, Emily, and another really nice tech made this very easy. They were responsive when I requested assistance on short notice. They were quick to explain what was going on and took time to show me some of the issues. I was treated for a root canal and did not experience any pain. I highly recommend Doctor Spires and his staff. Please pass along my sincere appreciation for their assistance.

I just had a root canal procedure with Dr Spires and his staff and would highly recommend him without reservation. Dr Spires was extremely patient and thorough throughout the procedure, kept me fully informed throughout, and maintained a calm and relaxed atmosphere. I appreciated his patient and thorough approach. Better yet, I have had zero pain after the procedure.

Dr. Spires did a root canal for me on a difficult tooth. Have to say it was the most painless work I've ever had done, and I've had at least 5 root canals. Everyone in the office was friendly and I had an overall great experience! Would absolutely recommend his office.
