I was very pleased with my first visit to Southern Hills. The staff is awesome very kind sweet and understanding. The dentist was very thorough and gentle I certainly will tell my friends and family about the service I received

I will never recommend this dentist office, unfortunately my old dentist retired and this is where he was transferring us patients. I went in for a routine dental cleaning in May(2022) and in August(2022) I received a voicemail that they had filed my claim for my dental cleaning twice now and hadn't heard from my insurance, so I needed to pay the bill for $170. After calling and speaking with someone they told me that it was a courtesy to file my claim for me, I didn't know it was a courtesy to do your own job? If that's the case then fire that lady and give me my paperwork and I'll gladly file my own claim. I was concerned because months prior my coworker went to this same dentist and they gave her a huge problem with billing as well, turns out they had cashed her check from the insurance company for something other then her own bill and were trying to charge her for her dental work. I ended up calling my insurance and they told me they had received no claims from any dentist office, but she offered to reach out to the clinic and after a few minutes she informed me that the dentist office hung up on her but she would call once more, after another couple minutes she informed me that someone named Morgan at the clinic had stated that they reached out to my insurance and my insurance could not find me in the system ( if that's the case why would the dentist office not reach out to me and inform me of this issue? ). I was confused because then how would they file 2 claims if I was "not" in the system? My insurance told me that they would try to resolve the issue for me and 20 minutes later called back to tell me that the dentist office filed the claim to the incorrect address, so my insurance contacted the clinic once again and provided the correct address, which the dentist office stated they will be filing it to the correct address now. My biggest issue now is that the dentist office willingly sent all my information to who knows where even though they contacted my insurance and they "couldn't" find me in the system: why would you send my information somewhere if there's a chance it is not the correct place? Common sense is clearly lacked at this establishment and I apologize for whoever has to deal with them.

I like going to visit my dentist, everyone is so friendly and courteous. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Dibble, he's really nice. You would not get dissapointed.

I loved my visit to southern hills dental!! Lisa is an excellent hygienist.. very thorough and pain free!! Everyone is so nice and helpful... I love going there to see everyone every three months to keep my teeth healthy!!

My friend went over there for some dental work. The staff was super fantastic and I enjoyed being there and getting to know them. Very nice people! I may go there myself one day!

Had a great experience. They were very professional and courteous. The young lady Did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. She Took her time and also gave me really good information on electric toothbrush. I would definitely recommend their services.

I loved my experience with the staff and Dr. Muaina!! The staff was extremely polite and genuine! I would highly recommend coming over to Southern Hills. The experience was worth it and if I every need any dental work I know where I'm going!!! 10/10 recommend!!

I'm usually a 5 stars or nothing reviewer (feel free to check the profile), but it's hard to imagine a worse series of interactions. I originally tired to book with another dentist but, evidently, that practice was bought out & the number directed here, which may explain the discrepancy between the rating & my experience. Scheduling was a nightmare & when i finally was able to be seen, they were totally disrespectful of my time. They said to plan for an hour appointment, but clearly never intended to provide the service i booked during that visit. Instead they insisted i needed a much more expensive cleaning (that conveniently maxed out my insurance benefit), which required more inconvenient scheduling. When i arrived to finally get my teeth cleaned, they wanted 4 separate visits, one for each quadrant. At least the hygienist was able to do everything at once after i asked, so i do appreciate her working with me. I feel I've gone on too long already, but i also have to mention they totally misrepresented what my out of pocket would be & how insurance would pay. Thankfully, will never be back.

I really like my new dentist. I reveiwed the treatment plan after I left the office and if I am reading this correctly, it is not the option I selected. I think what I am getting is a bridge and that doesn't include the three molars I lost, two on the left and one on the right. Guess it is too late to change that now, but I was just a bit puzzled when I looked at what we are planning to do.

I have been going to this practice for years. Dr. Muaina has been a worthy successor to the great Dr. Baker. Dr. Muaina is very personable, and my dental hygienist, Alicia, is incredibly thorough. They create a great atmosphere. I would highly recommend.
