Tiesha resides in Youngsville, but was born and raised in New Iberia, La. She has been married 18 years and has two beautiful daughters, Bailee and Emily. Watching her daughter, Bailee perform in color guard and Emily in horseback riding is her favorite pastime. She and her family love fishing, crabbing, and boat riding! Tiesha has worked in dentistry for 18 years and joined our team in March 2017. 'I love my patients and the relationships I have developed with them!'

Sadly, mediocre and subpar service has become norm post COVID which made me very leery when selecting a new dentist for my two sons, one of which had a traumatic experience with an extraction at a young age. However, EVERYONE, and I do mean everyone, at Southern Family Dental are superheroes!!! They are thorough yet soft, informative yet supportive and have a genuine concern for each of their patients! I was there for less than 45 minutes and my children will never see another dentist again!!

As always, the folks at Southern Family Dental were great! I cracked a tooth, and lost the filling, and the office made arrangements and fit me into their schedule asap. They worked hard, and very professionally and with great consideration for my comfort (discomfort), and got the process started to fix my mouth. Highly Recommended!!---Again!!

My toddler went for her first dentist appointment today and did amazing but... no one told me the flouride can cause vomiting... I thought my child was having an allergic reaction, seriously the most helpless feeling... I wish things like this would be discussed before hand so an educated decision can be made towards child's treatment... staff was Friendly and explained things to her but, I will not be doing another flouride treatment until my child can spit the liquid out.

Horrible office service had a apt at 930 called said was running late made it at 941 an canceled it had a 10 min grace period but canceled a min later do not deal with this company came 40 min AWAY!!!! SECOND TIME THIS WAS DONE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IF YOU ARE IN DIRE NEED OF A DENTIST DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM BUT ON THE FLIP SIDE THE STAFF IS GOLDEN MRS KACI HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF

Best experience I've ever had. Had a tooth pulled, my appointment was at 10AM and I walked out of there at 10:20.. Doc and nurse was super extra making sure I was comfortable and kept reminding me that I was doing great. Was my first experience & I HIGHLY recommend!1 I couldnt have chosen a better dentist! Super gentle! Oh and staff is just as GREAT! Dr. Linh Ngo is who did my extraction! Very comfortable all around! Thanks to Southern Family Dental & STAFF. Y'all are my go to dentist for sure!

Today was my 1 year old son appointment here and he never been there before and I was nervous bc I didn't know if they would have patience but they did and the staff and the denist was so friendly and nice we will be going back again!!!!

Very unprofessional, don't know how to talk to anyone always giving me wrong appointment not 1 times but 3 times very rude people don't know why anyone would go to this facility....very unhappy customer

My wife recovered from Covid and cleared by the CDC over 1 month ago but was denied service due to lack of taste symptom still present. Southern Family Dental's policy does not follow the Department of Health's and CDC's recommendation and we have taken our business elsewhere. The dental service was great until this incident.

HORRIBLE!!! I UNDERSTAND I WAS LATE TOLD THE LADY IN THE FRONT WINDOW I WAS LATE BC IM A MOM OF 3 and ITS HARD FOR ME TO HAVE A DAY OFF PLUS MY HUSBAND WORKING OUT OF STATE !!! THE LADY SHOWED NO MERCY TOLD US WE'RE LATE AND CANT BE SEEN,I STILL TOOK MY KIDS THERE BC THEY LOVES THE DENTIST .. SHES HORRIBLE,MY GOD!! SAD FOR ME TO SAYS THIS LADY BRING THE BUSINESS GOING DOWN!I HOPE SHE DONE THIS ONLY TO US

This is the greatest dental experience I've witnessed for children in my lifetime and I had five of my own. The children are happy and excited when they leave. Dr L is very patient and talks the patient through the procedure keeping a calmness that's commendable. She is awesome and soft spoken with skill. Her dental assistant is awesome and exemplifies remarkable skill. The staff and environment is friendly. I Thank God for this first time divine appointment.
