I paid for a procedure upfront and months later they billed for the same procedure, but couldn't explain why I was being charged again for something that my insurance covered!

Today i visited this office for my second visit, and these guys are really pleasant amd professional. Dr Murphey was awesome. My cleaning was done by Mckenzi and this young lady was awesome!!!!

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Murphy and his entire staff! They are the type of clinic that goes above and beyond for their patients! I spent years searching for a dentist that I could trust to redo an old veneer that I was never happy with. I finally found Dr. Murphy, and he has given me the smile I used to envy of others!! I am SO grateful for my beautiful new smile!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Murphy and his staff today, and they are nothing short of spectacular! Ms. Tonya and the rest of front desk staff were friendly and very helpful, and Alisha made my visit so relaxing that I did not hesitate in scheduling my next visit! all in all--thorough, effective service and a GREAT staff!

Southern Family Dental by far is the best dentist office I have ever been to. Everyone I spoke with made me feel so welcome. I tend to get very anxious about going to the dentist and the whole office immediately made it their first concern to help with that.

My dental appointment at Southern Family Dental was not your normal dental appointment, this was an experience that I have never experienced at a dental office before. The staff from the time I walked inside the building were amazing, they greeted me by my name and that made me feel so welcomed and not just as a patient. McKenzi the dental hygienist and Dr. Murphy were super AWESOME!!

Very friendly & professional dental office! I recently visited Southern Family Dentist and it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dental office. This is definitely the best dentisl Group in the state of Mississippi. All of the staff go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable and pampered. I am so glad that I found this group they are all fabulous. I see they only gave you five stars to choose from but I will give them 10.

Southern Dental Family, you're definitely one of a kind. This was my first visit and I feel like I've known them for years. Dr. Murphey and his entire staff provided great customer service. Valen was my hygienist and she did awesome job.

Very pleasant office. Friendly, helpful and caring. I felt completely calm and relaxed. I am a very nervous person at the dentist office but not this one.
