Dr. Lamb has an Associates degree from South Georgia College, along with Bachelors and Masters degrees from Georgia Southwestern College. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in 1986. Following dental school, he earned a Specialty Certificate in Periodontics at the University of Alabama-Birmingham School of Dentistry. He maintained a private practice limited to periodontics and dental implants for 12 years prior to returning to the Medical College of Georgia, where he received a Specialty Certificate in Endodontics in 2002. Dr. Lamb is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, and American Association of Endodontists.
Dr. Pearson graduated from Tift County High School. He earned an associates degree from Georgia Military College in Milledgeville, Georgia. He then transferred to Valdosta State University where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Biology. He received a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1995. Dr. Pearson completed a one year General Dentistry Residency at Fort Benning, Georgia. After four years of practicing general dentistry, he returned to Augusta, Georgia for his specialty training in endodontics. He received a specialty certificate in endodontics from the United States Army Endodontic Residency Program at Fort Gordon, Georgia in 2001. Dr. Pearson is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, and American Association of Endodontists.

I really like this office. They did a good job explaining what they were going to do and what to expect. I hope I do not have a similar procedure down the road but if I do, it will be with them.

Had a wonderful experience. While no one likes to have dental work done, the staff were very kind and patient. I feel that I received great care both during and after the procedure. Woule definitely recommend them!

Great experience at Southern Endodontics . Staff extremely courteous and friendly. Dr. Pearson makes you feel very comfortable prior to performing a procedure. I had a root canal and was very nervous about the unknown. After listening to others who have supposedly had this procedure, I was a little apprehensive due to the negative connotation of a root canal. The procedure was smooth; with the exception of the injection which did sting a little bit. However, I don't like needles so I expected that. Overall great experience at the Southern Endodontic Center. I would highly recommend this place.

Dr. Lamb and his staff done a wonderful job with my 8 year old daughter! They were able to schedule my daughters root canal in a timely manner and were very kind, welcoming and professional. Dr. Lamb and his staff were able to put myself and my daughters worries to ease before, during, and after her procedure.

Dr. Pearson, Andee, & Ben were all wonderful!! Very kind, professional, & quick! I am so glad I chose Southern Endo for my first (and hopefully last...lol!) root canal! Dr. Pearson was very nice and his assistant explained everything in detail before my procedure (she even rubbed my shoulder while I was getting my shots). Dalton & Ben at the front desk were very friendly and worked with me to get an appointment to fit my schedule. I recommend Dr. Pearson!

Are you the anxious type? Some days I am and some days I'm not. I was up all night last night worried about my tooth and what today would hold. I'm telling you the truth. This day turned out WAY better than expected. How many people can say that the day they had a root canal was a great day?? I can !!! Dr. Pearson and staff treated me like family and I couldn't be more grateful. I would recommend him with full 5 stars!! I feel like I have an office full of new best friends. Now, I will have some gelato and celebrate a really good day getting a root canal. I wander if the above sentence has ever been written before now. Seriously! Don't even hesitate to think of going anywhere else. You have found the best.

I was a patient here and from beginning to the end I was pleased. Dr. Lamb was absolutely amazing and so was the entire staff. I believed the other young lady was his dental assistant, but I cannot remember her name (I think it was Ina, but it was a unique name). Highly recommend!

Had one of the first appointments of the morning, but was still made to wait in my car for 45 min before I was seen. The lobby is closed for COVID, even though they'll be looking in my (unmasked) mouth as soon as I sit in the chair. ...and if masks are effective, why cant I sit in the lobby? Had to make my payment BEFORE I could walk in the building, let alone see anyone and make a treatment plan, even though Im a first time patient and had half the work done already. Ridiculous practices. Highly annoyed. 2 stars is being generous.
