After graduating with Honors from The University of Missouri-KC School of Dentistry and Baylor University Dental surgical residency program in 1986, Dr. Haberkorn began practicing in his hometown of Topeka, Kansas. He graduated from the prestigious Pankey Institute (a program designed for the top 1% of practitioners) and brought those skills into private practice.Dr. Haberkorn has incorporated all phases of general dentistry into his practice, including dental implants, Fastbraces, and TMD (temporomandibular joint disorder) treatment.
In 1990, Dr. Haberkorn purchased a dental laser and was among the first dentists to provide treatment utilizing this type of newtechnology. He was among the first to train with ahard tissue laser, Biolase, and began treating his patients with restorative needs using a Waterlase. These technologies allow for most fillings to be performed without the need for shots or dental drills. In April of 2017 he received a Masters certificate in laser dentistry from the Academy of Laser Dentistry. He is one of few practitioners in the country able to treat periodontal disease using laser technology and advanced innovative techniques. His expertise has allowed him the ability to instruct other dentists, and made his practice a multiple Practice of the Year winner, recognized by his colleagues for outstanding service to patients.
Inaddition to earning his dental education, Dr. Haberkorn isa graduate of the Pacific Coast Institute of Facial Esthetics and is amemberofThe Academy of American Facial Esthetics. He isan experienced professional in facial esthetics, includingBotox, Juvederm and Kybella treatments.
Dr. Haberkorns 30 years of expertise in thearea of Family Dentistry allows him be able to treat each member of every family that becomes a part of his quality oriented practice. He continues to attend many hours of Continuing Education each year, and brings those new skills into practice. He has worked with many dentists to develop their skills as practitioners, and continues to be at the forefront of the dental profession.

I just recently went here and honestly was originally dreading getting my teeth fixed, repaired and pulled. Going to a dentist was long over due and something that I panicked about for several years. Dr Habercorn was great!!! Him and his assistant kept me calm and took my mind off the procedure. Everything went great. He even called that evening to make sure I was doing well. Going back for more work in 2 weeks..... and looking forward to it!! He's definitely got 5 stars from me

I don't recommend this place for working people. They cancelled my appointment twice. Once the day before and once the day of. That is no way to do business. It took them nearly two months to see me from the time I put my original call in.

Amazing office and amazing staff! My entire family goes to Dr. Haberkorn and we all love everything about the office from the receptionist to the hygienists to the doctor himself. My mom has had a lot of work done through their office and has absolutely never had any trouble making payments. They are very compassionate and are considerate to our health as well as financial needs. The entire staff is friendly and thoroughly explains everything - I have never left the office confused about what they recommend for treatment or with any unanswered questions. I wouldn't recommend any other dentist office above this one!
