Dental hygienist is nice and very talkative but get carried away at times and can be very rough. Make sure in the future they check when you took your X-rays because I have to pay out of pocket because they couldn't obtain or ask me to obtain my X-rays prior to my appointment in order or to be charged for doing them within three years based on my insurance . Unnecessary out of pockets charges.

***UPDATE*** The appliance has now broken and is no longer functional. Since it happened in my sleep I may have swallowed the wire from the appliance as well. So, that's about $2000 for the subpar appliance that lasted roughly six months. I'm also hoping that by swallowing the wire it won't cause further damage. So, I'm out the time and money for this whole procedure and hoping to put this mess behind me. The worst. I was sent here by my regular dentist. Awful experience. Had to go back three times to have the appliance repaired. Had to go through multiple questions as to why the appliance wasn't adhering to my teeth... from the office manager. Then, go through the same questions with the actual dentist. Again. Each time. I also had the appliance worked on without Novocain. Since they had to use Novocain to clean my teeth you would think it would be a given. I got the impression that they didn't like the fact that I had to keep going back. Fact is, I wasn't happy about it either. At all. I had to leave work each time to have this done. Now, I am currently writing a check for $937 that they said was already covered. Since I work in healthcare, I understand the issues with insurances and authorizations. Especially dental insurance which is semi-adequate at best. However, if I knew in advance the ridiculous expenses I would incur for this barely mediocre procedure and; that none of it was covered, I would have certainly sought out an alternate treatment option. On the positive side, the dental tech was very nice.

Awesome staff, very efficient, calm environment. The hygienist does her job efficiently, in a timely manner. Very clean office.. Give them all a raise.

This group of staff members is AWESOME. Doctor and all his assistance were patient with me, considering my pressure was taken at least 6 times because it was extremely high. "I'm not sure what is going on with me". I felt very safe and comfortable in their hands. Doctor is gentle and caring. He explained procedure and gave detailed instructions of the office visit. A PLUS and thank you to the team.

Gina did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She made me feel comfortable and continuously asked how I was doing and made sure I wasn't experiencing discomfort. She has a wonderful personality and I actually enjoyed going to the dentist. I highly recommend this dental practice, if you go, you should definitely ask for Gina!
