Everytime I go to Southern Dental I'm greeted warmly and they are all polite and friendly. Sergio was eager to help and Patti always explains what is being done. Dr. Wilkleman was great at explaining what needs to be done to save my teeth. Thank you Sergio for all your help.

Everyone in the clinic was super friendly and got things done efficiently. Shoutout to Dr. Winkelman, Martha, and Sergio for being on top of everything! I was a bit nervous coming in since I hadn't gotten my teeth checked out in a few years but everyone made the process easy and comfortable. :)

We are new to the area and this was our first visit to Southern Dental. We had an amazing experience and all of the staff were so friendly, quick, and efficient!

Dr. Winkelman and Patti were great. The scheduling staff were all very helpful and always got back to me with an appointment time/day quickly.

I have to edit. There is no doubt that I love the staff Patti, Sergio, Dr. Morris, they all have great personalities. I do have to schedule on the weekends & I really liked that this business is open Sat. & Sundays however, every single time I make an appt. I get cancelled, sometimes more than once for the same wknd. Because this happens all too often I am now having to change dentist. I wll truly miss Sergio and Patti, the dental assistants they are the reason I continued going to that location for so many years.

I have been going to Southern dental since 2020. I appreciate Dr. Schmidt's approach to care. He is educates me about my treatment options without trying to push extra services on me. I feel like he is trustworthy, which is why I go back. Additionally, he and all the staff are pleasant and do a good job.

I had a root canal done on a top right molar about 3 months ago, it was sort of a painful experience. I was already swollen and in pain from the infection so I went where it can be done right away. The assistant took X-rays and I guess I had to pay before I even meet the dentist? Anyway I pay and then the dentist comes and gets started. After only one dose worth of numbing I told the dentist I needed to be more numb (before we started) and he said oh well if you feel it during the procedure then I'll numb you more. I felt shooting nerve pains through my face until he finally numbed me a bit more. Two weeks later I came back for my crown which for one is way too bulky for my tooth, and felt really tight to put on. I tried to tell myself i will adjust to it and instead it put pressure on a tooth next to the root canal and broke a filling I had. My tooth doesn't hurt nor does it feel sensitive with cold/hot but I've had a weird sensation on it since that doesn't go away.

My husband and I have been going to Southern Dental for about 5 years. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We get several reminders when our appointments are scheduled. They are also very flexible when we need to reschedule. I would definitely recommend Southern Dental!

1. Take over a hour to take two X-rays, 5-10 minutes of evaluation with dentist. Not sure if the dentist sees multiple patients at the same time, but I have never experienced such long wait time 2. The equipment is outdated that we went to office corner to review xray and treatment plan 3. Not honest on fee charge as the clinic did not follow the pre-agreed fee schedule withy my insurance. The dentist verbally instructed the clerk to charge certain amount (triple the pre-agreed amount as per insurance), which I have never experienced that 4. Unresponsive to my inquiries on the difference between fee quoted and fee agreed as per insurance fee schedule

I hate the dentist, but this doctor and dental assistant specifically made me feel the most comfortable. Thank you for taking care and making the process smoothly for me. Everyone in the office was super friendly. Amazing experience

Customer service was on point five stars, everybody doesn't like the dentist it's painful but it's necessary. Patty and Dr Schmidt were amazing,friendly, courteous and really want to get to know you before they ever start anything. Awesome experience

Great customer! I was nervous because it's the dentist. Dr. Winkleman and staff was awesome. Gave me step by step instructions on what they were going to do. We came up with some strategies on what worked best for me. Staff is awesome! Thank you all

Had a root canal done, $600 even, on Friday. Dr. Schmidt was great as I didn't feel a thing. Assistant Patty was awesome as was Sergio at the counter. I would recommend.

Sergio is very friendly! He makes you feel welcomed and comfortable in all ways. He answers all your questions and provides you with all the necessary and important information for and through each process. Dr. Morris is also very kind. He does an amazing job at a fast speed. Both are very professional.
