I brought a family member for the first time and I noticed patients standing up waiting to be called and NO not enough chairs, some patiens had to wait in the mall resting area, other than that everyone was friendly

The office staff are very friendly and helpful. The clinic is very clean, using the most up to date technology. My dentist is Dr. Barton. He is very knowledgeable very thorough and extremely professional. I have been seeing Dr. Barton for some 15 years and have never been disappointed in his diagnosis nor his treatment. Even though we have moved to the west side of town I still make the drive to this clinic and it is because of Dr. Barton. I posted the above review several years ago and nothing has changed. In my opinion Dr. Barton remains one of the most outstanding dentists in the greater Houston area.

The office staff was good to me and doctors I had complications after my tooth pulled this is what happend I had tooth pulled on Wednesday came back to office on friday with alot of pain I was prescribed pain meds over the weekend i was in a lot of pain on monday may 9th i seen dr burton it was a great experience he listened to my concerns asked questions diagnosed me and treated me I am very thinkful i have to go back on Wednesday may 11th for revaluation making sure things are heading in the right direction the offfice staff was great able to get me in and i was on time for work so far I like the dentist office

I'm probably the BIGGEST baby EVER when it comes to going to the dentist but Dr. Barton and his male assistant (I don't recall his name) are the BEST team EVER!!! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Barton as he has a way of thorougly explaining what needs to get done and he ensures you that you will be just fine. He genuinely takes the time to listen to the patient and his/her fear/s. His entire office staff are very warm and friendly folks also. God bless 'em for dealing with BIG scaredy cats like myself! Lol

Front desk is awesome. Astrid was very nice and helpful with making my family appointments. Dr Barton is very informative and so was Lakisha. She did a very good job explaining my gum treatment and just made me feel good. The money lady Mrs panny was very nice and helped me with a payment option. Love that they have something for everyone.

Had scheduled an appointment a week in advance with my assumed dental insurance at the time, only for the assistant at this office to call me the day before the appointment to tell me that I only had incidental dental insurance through this particular insurance(I did not know the exact plan because I have insurance through my partner's job). I knew I had insurance to cover general dentistry but did not know what was going on at the time. So I told the assistant to just cancel the appointment and immediately called my partner, turns out I gave them the wrong insurance info and so I called back approximately 15 minutes later to see if they accepted the dental insurance I had in which I was told that they did. So I asked if I could still keep my appointment for the next day, since it had only been a few minutes since I had spoken with the other assistant. I was placed on hold and was then told that they had filled the appointment and that I would have to wait an additional week!! (I think tf not!!!) I don't believe that this was the case, these assistants attitudes were very cold and unprofessional!! I will take my business else where and that's a FACT!!

Best dental office in Humble area. Professional and experienced staff. Doctor has great manners and patience with patients. Great office hours as well - they are open on Saturday.

Dentist was very unprofessional and had very poor customer service skills. He was very rude and could care less about the patient. He walked out after getting frustrated with his skill level. He even tried to blame it all on the assistant and have her finish the job for him. She was overwhelmed and knew it wasn't her job to finish his mess up.

Great People Experience! The staff is so cool and VERY DILIGENT. I left feeling like I've made new friends and got all of my work done in 1 day. (I will follow up soon, but it was ALOT of work) They're Great.

I am so happy that I am able to to give this office 5 stars! They treated my mom (my most precious jewel) and they were outstanding! My mom has a few issues with her teeth/gums and chose this office to rectify those issues. She said they were genuinely interested in her well being! That means so much because oral health is so important to our overall health. LaKeisha (my apologies if I spelled it wrong) you are so awesome! Thank you for being so patient and thorough! My mom said she had never had a painless cleaning in her whole life until she experienced you! Chris!!! Thank you for taking the time to help me understand the issues and treatments suggested! And Kathy! Thank you for also being so kind to my mom and I! You all have made me feel so confident in your ability to successfully treat my mom. Thank you!

Very professional workers; atmosphere is very relaxing. Explain very thoroughly what procedures I needed to have done. I'm phobia when it comes to doctors and needles. But I felt very comfortable while being seeing with all staff members. Thank you

Sat for an hour filling out paperwork and then was told I had to reschedule visit. To date 7/30haven't gone back because I can't take the double anxiety. Dentist and Mall. Went back on August 11th. If you have insurance call from office and verify everything they are charging for. I gave them over $1400 to much and am getting nowhere with them for a refund. Insurance company said I may have to file insurance fraud on them. Chris said a thousand dollars was for chair time and adjustments. My insurance company said 6 months of adjusting was included in price of partials. So if the money isn't recovered by insurance company then I have to file insurance fraud to state insurance commissioner. After that small claims court. That would be Chris, insurance clerk, and owner. Got money back through insurance company 7 months later.

Dr. Ravari didn't fix a cavity but crowned the tooth an left infection in the tooth. Then after going in for a year saying there was pain from that same tooth he supposedly fixed, he denied any antibiotics and said nothing was wrong. After a year and a half he finally referred to a specialist. The specialist said that the infection that was left in tooth had spread to the tooth next to it, and that now both teeth needed root canals when all that was need was a crown to begin with. Went thr entire year with sinuses clogged not being able to breathe through nose. He said it was his fault and would cover the crowns but now it's time to cover crowns and he says he has to charge for the one he didn't touch before even though his mistake is what caused the spread, coming from a specialist. They always charged $800 for a crown and now it's $1750 for some strange reason . Worst dentist ever!! Con artists that rob you if you let them!! Recommend and different dentist or Make Ya Smile in Kingwood where crowns are $850 and have a 5 star rating
