Dr.Phillips is an informative dentist but I would suggest going elsewhere and I promise you it will be less expensive. They have billed me over $300 for nothing but advice. Each time I've visited (twice including today) it was for 10 minutes or less. Today he suggested (after explaining that I have terrible toothache) that I may be grinding my teeth in my sleep and that I need a mouth guard that he will provide. I get to the front desk and they tell me it will be $50 for said mouth piece (not mentioned by Phillips at all) . My last visit I ask the staff to bill my payment so I assumed I could do it again. To my surprise the staff rudely informed me (after running out to my car) that it was impossible to do so and that I was a new patient and never been there before so it was no way they billed me before. Her words were "maybe it was the dentist office down the street" and "if you go to Walmart and get tires you have to pay" as if I'm not able to comprehend the fact that you have to pay for services you're provided and that I wasn't able to differentiate between this dental office and another. After we went inside and she figured out she was wrong and I was there 9 months prior and did in fact bill my payment (as well as me telling her multiple multiple times that I did not have the full amount for this ridiculous bill) she told me that it wasn't allowed (to bill) and they will be canceling me as a patient and billing me which was confusing cause she said something different. I'm glad no one else was there at the establishment to witness the obnoxious embarrassment the staff (one woman in particular) was causing. I don't see me ever going back into that dentist office ever again

Amazing experience. They set you up with appointments fast and listen to your problems. They also thoroughly check the problems mentioned and not mentioned. Dentist and workers well educated and helpful. Very nice and friendly. A place I highly recommend if you want great service.

Dr. Phillips knows his stuff. He stays current. Years ago he fixed my front tooth when 2/3 gotten broken off and it's still holding. Cindy, the hygienist I see is super spectacular! Gentle and efficient. The peeps up front are super nice too.

Today I had my first cavities ever filled. I was a little scared at first. But then the dentist and his assistant did a wonderful job. They talked to me they eased my nerves. They made this a very positive experience. What absolutely recommend that everyone I know goes to see my awesome dentist.

UPDATE: Dr. Phillips is THE BEST dentist in town, but I love his hygienist, Cindy, too! He never hurts me, thoroughly explains what I need done and his prices are very reasonable. He once alerted me to a medical problem that he noticed during my visit. His staff members are very caring and professional. Everyone always has a good attitude and seems to enjoy working there. When you are sitting in the dental chair, you can look out a big window that has a beautiful garden with birds and squirrels to take your mind off the dental procedure! I actually look forward to seeing him!
