Just had the best dental service I've had in years! Thanks Chris for taking care of me! Special thanks to my Dr and his assistant, they where great I'm actually smiling right now lol. I usually never leave the dentist smiling!

They were able to see me on an emergency basis, and were super nice the entire time. Very professional and quick. Dr. Fournier did a great job. Would recommend.

This location was awesome. They got my husband in the same day I called. We were in and out of the office in less then an hour. Amy the lady in front was extremely nice and helpful. Over all we will continue to visit this office.

Ouch, I would only go back if this was the last place on earth for dental care. They accept pediatric patents but don't do cleanings nor any fillings for kids. After going there to get fillings for myself, I am still in pain a month afterwards and I now have gaps I my teeth that I never had before. I am so glad that they don't work on kids. This place is a scam, they will take insurance but if you have two forms of insurance and they are in network for both they will only take one.

Went in to fix a painful tooth and was told i needed two teeth fixed at a cost of $4400.00. After having the two repairs done i was told i had another tooth in need of fixing at a cost of $4000.00. Suprise , one after another. Wonder whats next. Have lost all faith and all of my money to Southern Dental.

I am amazed, amazed by the level of customer service, and care this staff has for patients!!!!!! Previously I had an awful experience with Jefferson Dental in Deer Park....which only took 20minutes to see me..telling me my teeth are fine and that I don't need my wisdom teeth removed......which I had expressed that they have been bothering me for sometime. Southern Dental office has done such a great job and cleaning my teeth, that I have switched my entire family to this office. The two front staff ladies were so sweet and made me feel so comfortable being there, no pressure of any kind. Best staff and dental office I have ever attended!!! Cleaning was done perfectly by the dental hygienist and explained the cleaning procedure from top to bottom, she did not missed anything!!! She was sweet and kind!!! The perfect hygienist!!! The Dentist was amazing, took great care if my teeth along with telling me procedures and concerns regarding my teeth. Great job!! Love this office!!! Xoxoxo Veronica Munoz

What can I say, from start to finish, my appointment smoothly. But I must give praises to the dentist who fixed my chipped tooth perfectly!!!! And let's not forget, the ladies are AWESOME!!!! Thank you for your superb service

You have to chase the ortho....she only works Mondays and Wednesday. If you are going with them due to the convenience of their locations forget it. I started in Pasadena then they sold so now I have to go around town to find them. Also, no one else can help you with orthodox you have to make sure you hunt them down and catch them on a Monday or Wednesday.

This dentist did my oral exam and excepted my insurance! The company's Tax number does not match and my insurance provider asked them multiple times to update this information! They did not and want to send my account to a collections for the $80 when the service is free of charge with my dental insurance! I've had Delta Dental insurance for years and they are the best! They pay for more then half of my services. My first and last time ! I'm very dissatisfied with this place and all of the company's reviews damn sure speak for themselves when they try to make you pay out of pocket instead of filing with your insurance provider! This dental site is a joke and has scammed a lot of people by not making insurance claims

Horrible experience and customer service here. My son came in for a regular exam, found out he needed a tooth pulled. Came in for that appointment later on to be told their nitro gas wasnt working. Rescheduled for another day for the nitro gas for my son, came in and my son was nervous as he never had a tooth pulled. They wouldn't explain anything to him about procedure or calm him in the least. The dentist tried opening his mouth once and my son didnt know and was scared and kinda pulled away. The dentist then said he could not work on him and wouldn't. So I had to find a new dentist, which was successful but southern dental WOULD NOT send his xrays over that my health insurance already paid for. I called numerous times and asked repeatedly over a course of 2 weeks and still no stays after they told me they would a bunch of times. So I had to pay out of pocket for Xrats that just needed to be sent over. By the way, still no xrays! I'm highly disappointed in this lack of patient care ! I do not recommend this place!!

My family and I are patients of Southern Dental Baybrook and I have nothing but good things to says about our experience. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out the staff was on point. The hygienist was very thorough, gentle and educational. The Dr was very confident and thorough as well. The front office was very welcoming and pleasant.

Angie, the Dental Hygienist was hilarious and amazing...she made me feel like part of the family!! Dr. Fournier was wonderful, as were the rest of the staff who were involved in my exam/care. ...aaand I even got to meet the owner, who was warm and welcoming and spreading holiday cheer through the office on a visit from out of state. Super friendly people!! So glad I chose your office and actually looking forward to my future visits!

Had to cancel an appointment, I was not able to make the appointment due to lack of funds. So I called early Thursday to explain and now they want to charge extra fees for no 24 hour call in advance. But the whole reason I'm rescheduling is because I don't have enough money in the 1st place. The fact that I have to get on a review and explain this is belittling enough. But people should know and the people that own southern dental should know that the people working your front desk have no customer service and don't help your patients feel at ease, I get stressed and anxious every time I step foot or think about stepping foot in this office. I never wanted to go anywhere else because I thought it would be a hassle. But honestly I will never return here again.

I had the most pleasant experience, the staff is amazing, caring, and genuinely concerned. The dentist worked very hard on my teeth. I have major bone loss that made it hard to fit me for a denture. The doctor created a perfect fit for me. It was important to him that I was happy and that my teeth were healthy and fit well! I am over joyed! Please support this amazing dentist and staff. Rhonda

I'd give less than a star if that was an option. My sons insurance is through his father so I didn't have many options to pick from for a dentist. First issue. Had to call them 3 different times to give them insurance info to verify, don't know what they kept doing with the info but had to give it to them 3 different times. Both the insurance company and this office old me they were pediatric dentists. Took a day off from work and I get here and going over that I thought he had a cavity they said if he does he'd have to be referred to a pediatric dentist. So there are no pediatric dentists like I was told. The lady at the desk kept telling me "well you can leave" at least 3-4 times. I told her now I understood why their reviews were bad. Inside the place is pretty outdated, old equipment, walls are all scraped up, exam chair was dirty and had rips in the material. Showed up on time for the appt and 30 minutes later the front desk lady came in and said that they would not be seeing me because I mentioned being unhappy with what I had experienced so far and that I needed to leave. She ended up getting in my face with her fingers right in my face and took a stab at me as a parent by saying I feel sorry for your child. Told her to shut her mouth and to never bring my son into anything! Took a picture of her as proof of who treated me this way at which point she assaulted me and slapped my hand and my phone out of my hand as my my so. Was right there. She proceeded to call me a few choice words as I walked out of the door.
