I love that while my husband and I are getting our teeth cleaned, their BOARD CERTIFIED PEDIATRIC DENTIST can see my children at the same time! Perfect for busy families! This office does a great job at making you feel right at home! You are greeted by friendly, smiling faces as soon as you walk through the doors. The staff and doctors do an excellent job at explaining everything from the procedures all the way down to insurance payments. I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful group of dental providers!
'My kids have been using this practice for several years and they have been amazing with them. Even my special needs child remains calm. I however only recently began using them for myself. I have an incredible phobia of going to the dentist. It 's embarrassing but I went 20yrs without dental care due to my fears. I had a medical issue arise that can affect my teeth so I had no choice but to start care. I explained my fears to the receptionist and she immediately said Dr.Liner would be the best for me as he is so gentle and patient with people like me. And he really is. Since it had been so long, I needed a 4hr deep root cleaning and one tooth pulled. He made sure I was comfortable and the hygenist frequently made sure I wasn 't feeling anything. It took a few visits to get everything corrected but I have no hesitation going to the dentist now. I 'm actually starting the process of Invisalign and I 'm so glad they now offer it because I will not go to another practice. The whole staff has been so accommodating and up front with estimates. Sometimes the estimate is wrong and I owe more, but that 's what an estimate is. It 's not a firm price. It 's an estimate of remaining charges after insurance is filed. I wish I could remember the names of everyone I have dealt with but Dr.Shobe, Dr. Liner, Niki, and Sharon are the ones I speak with most frequently but the staff as a whole is great. Don 't bother going anywhere else. You won 't find better medicine or customer service at another practice'
Everyone I encountered was wonderful. I felt welcomed and appreciated. I never felt like just another patient. Staff went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. I got the feeling that the staff genuinely like each other and worked well together. Having a medical background makes me recognize and appreciate really good patient care. YOU GUYS ROCK. Thanks to each of you for making my first visit so pleasant.
'I had a dental emergency for my 9 year old son and they took such great care of him, accommodated us, helped make sure he felt no pain and calmed his anxiety. They are all very friendly and caring. We even drive over an hour to go to Southern Dental for pediatrics and adult dentistry.'

I am very particular who works on my teeth, I relocated and had to find a new dental office. I found this awesome office and team of ladies! They are so welcoming, caring, and will always guide you in the best way they feel to complete your dental treatment! I would highly recommend coming to this dentist !

First time being at this dentist ad l can say the staff was nice ad explained everything down to the cost of the procedure. My boyfriends appointment wasn't till the end of the month ad they put him on an emergency cancelation list ad was called for an appointment that was for today Nov 2nd. They removed the tooth today thank god. Dr Ward was gentle ad that is alot to say coming from my boyfriend. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Today was my first visit and I have to say I was highly impressed to say the least. The staff was very friendly and made me feel at ease and comfortable. Dr Ward was very thorough and informative when he talked with me about his plan for my dental work. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Wonderful experience at the dentist office today. Brooke and Dr. Ward are great. I was treated with care and had a great experience. I miss Dr. Davis but these folks are wonderful as well

As my first visit to Southern Dental Associates, After my consult visit; I am very pleased and impressed with their professional and personal and informative service I received. Dr. Ward and assistant both took their time to explain my long term dental care and health care treatment plan thoroughly; and explained their different financial options which I deeply appreciate to help in getting the dental care. They made me feel at ease to do the necessary dental treatments that I need. I thank God for directing me to them for my dental care. If you are in search of a dentist; call them; so glad I did. I was previous a patient of Dr. Mark Davis. This group came in and I stayed with them. This a great dental office. The staff was remarkable. I highly recommend this office for any dental needs.

My first visit was with my niece to clean she was fabulous she's the best in my opinion very professional I had 3 issues to be fixed she gave me a very detailed bill never had that done before I knew when I left how much I had to pay after my insurance the dentist came in he said he could do all of them in one visit and he did he was very fast and very professional as well he saved me a lot of money by doing that he was super Now as far as his singing He needs to stick with dental work haha!
