I am so HAPPY I found an office my entire family can be seen at! I love that while my husband and I are getting our teeth cleaned, their BOARD CERTIFIED PEDIATRIC DENTIST can see my children at the same time! Perfect for busy families! From the moment you walk in the door, you feel like you're family here! The providers take amazing care of us and the business team always has a smile on their face! We love SDA!

This office does a great job at making you feel right at home! You are greeted by friendly, smiling faces as soon as you walk through the doors. The staff and doctors do an excellent job at explaining everything from the procedures all the way down to insurance payments. I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful group of dental providers!
'My kids have been using this practice for several years and they have been amazing with them. Even my special needs child remains calm. I however only recently began using them for myself. I have an incredible phobia of going to the dentist. It 's embarrassing but I went 20yrs without dental care due to my fears. I had a medical issue arise that can affect my teeth so I had no choice but to start care. I explained my fears to the receptionist and she immediately said Dr.Liner would be the best for me as he is so gentle and patient with people like me. And he really is. Since it had been so long, I needed a 4hr deep root cleaning and one tooth pulled. He made sure I was comfortable and the hygenist frequently made sure I wasn 't feeling anything. It took a few visits to get everything corrected but I have no hesitation going to the dentist now. I 'm actually starting the process of Invisalign and I 'm so glad they now offer it because I will not go to another practice. The whole staff has been so accommodating and up front with estimates. Sometimes the estimate is wrong and I owe more, but that 's what an estimate is. It 's not a firm price. It 's an estimate of remaining charges after insurance is filed. I wish I could remember the names of everyone I have dealt with but Dr.Shobe, Dr. Liner, Niki, and Sharon are the ones I speak with most frequently but the staff as a whole is great. Don 't bother going anywhere else. You won 't find better medicine or customer service at another practice'
Everyone I encountered was wonderful. I felt welcomed and appreciated. I never felt like just another patient. Staff went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. I got the feeling that the staff genuinely like each other and worked well together. Having a medical background makes me recognize and appreciate really good patient care. YOU GUYS ROCK. Thanks to each of you for making my first visit so pleasant.
'I had a dental emergency for my 9 year old son and they took such great care of him, accommodated us, helped make sure he felt no pain and calmed his anxiety. They are all very friendly and caring. We even drive over an hour to go to Southern Dental for pediatrics and adult dentistry.'

They were all the nicest and sweetest as well as professional staff I have ever encountered in the dentist industry with my four children. They were patient, friendly, not only to my children but to me as well. My kids loved the experience and all of the staff from the front desk to the dentist and associates were absolutely amazing and welcoming ! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Dr. Lauren is truly AMAZING! She walked through both of my kiddos (7 & 5 year olds) procedures, letting them "feel" the instruments & explaining what they were intended to do. She was definitely made to be a pediatric dentist!!! My kids did not have dental anxiety at any point with her, and I loved the way she spoke to them and talked them through the process!! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lauren and her assistants, as well as the Hygienists at Southern Dental! Super friendly receptionist at the front as well (:

Absolutely loved the experience. It was my son's first visit to the dentist and he was introduced to all of the tools and was able to interact with them to ease his fears. He was super nervous and they allowed him to sit up and have me there with him. I am so happy with this office and the wonderful staff.

We had our first visit at this establishment yesterday (Thursday, October 8th) I have a 5 year old daughter & a 4 year old son. My son has ADHD as well as a learning disability so he is hard to handle at times but Kayla was absolutely AMAZING in how she dealt with him. They took "pictures" (x rays) & she talked him through it, when they were done he gladly laid down on the chair to get his teeth cleaned & she did such an amazing job with him, even dealing with his outbursts. She never lost her patience (when I would have as soon as we got there ) my son isn't all that fond of strangers so it was shocking to me that he actually listened to her & did exactly what she asked of him. My daughter saw Holly & took up with her super quick.! Holly was extremely sweet & was super understanding when I stayed more with my son (because of his behavior) spoke so gentle & made us ALL feel welcome. My daughter said she was her "favorite tooth checker" & hopes to have Holly in the future.! Our last pediatric office never made us feel the way this office did; it was in the door & out, we felt like a client instead of people. This establishment made us feel like people instead of clients. They implemented great safety procedures during this pandemic & I applaud them for how they are handling everything so well during this uncertain time.! Highly recommended.!!!

My husband and I were not happy to receive a letter from SDA today saying they will no longer see our whole family due to missed appointments. We've only missed 2 in the several years we've been going there and we are a family of 6! The second missed appointment was just this past Thursday. It was due to a last minute Covid quarantine requirement we were made aware of from the health department. We tried calling the SDA office several times but with no avail. A message was left on SDAs voicemail regarding the inability to come due to Covid exposure. The message was left hours before the missed appointment. We are very disappointed to have paid hundreds of dollars each year to an establishment that has no loyalty to their patients, especially during these times.

Took my 3 year old daughter there today and it was alright at first but she likes to move around and run. The nurse was absolutely wonderful. But as she is running around she was in an area where she was not supposed to be in so I went to get her and one of the doctors decided she wanted to raise her voice at me and say that is our sterilization area you can't be in there, mind you that area is literally right NEXT to the appointment area and is wide open. So I said well I would keep her out of it if I could. Why don't you guys put a kiddie gate around that sterilization area? Not everyone has kids that are easy to handle.. Thank you for your time today but im looking elsewhere for a dentist..

Best dentist ever! I typically loathe going to the dentist but the people at this office are so wonderful and friendly. I even plan to switch the rest of the family to this dentistry office too.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE I HAVE EVER VISITED! MY SON GOT REFEREED TO SDA FROM HIS LOCAL DENTIST. FROM THE MOMENT YOU WALK IN THEY MAKE YOU FEEL SO WELCOMED. THEY ALLOWED ME TO STAY WITH HIM THE WHOLE TIME AND KEPT ME UPDATED WITH EVERYTHING THEY DOING! I AM CHANGING MY FAMILY'S DENTIST TO SDA EVEN THOUGH WE DO LIVE 45 MINUTES AWAY. THANK YOU GUYS FOR BEING AMAZING!!!
