Dr. John is passionate about preventive dentistry and patient education. She enjoys working with kids and instilling good dental habits at an early age. Dr. John is proficient at various aspects of dentistry such as veneers, implants, endodontics and dentures.
Dr. Pancko and Dr. Sanz specialize in two of the most utilized dental specialties there are Orthodontics and Periodontics. Both are dentists who have specialized in two branches of dentistry that focus not only on the functionality of the teeth and their supporting structures, but also take into consideration the overall dental health of the patient.

I've seen both dentists. I've got a great hygenist here. The scheduler, Katy is awesome. She is really helpful, kind and works hard for patients. Sign up for cleaning early as they book up quickly and book your next cleaning before you leave the office. It's not the offices fault that there are few dentist in Delaware, a fewer that take insurance, and they take care of everyone.. What's great is they provide service to a diverse community. I love that the waiting room is like sitting in the United Nations. I love the personal care I get because I'm afraid of having my teeth cleaned. But im not scared here.

Worst dental experience in 50+ years. They collect your money when you check in, but when they file a claim on your behalf, they don't refund the money unless you ask, but they still charge you everytime you go there, regardless if they are holding your claim dollars or not.

Every time I go here I leave with gratitude. Each staffer, from the front desk to hygienists and doctors...each person is kind, helpful, and respectful. They treat me like they would want others to treat their own grandmothers! Best care, best staff.

Visited the Southern Delaware Dental office and it was very professional . Told me what they were going to do, and performed all work with no pain or discomfort. Thanks to Dr. Sanz and his knowledgeable staff .

I would give this place 0 stars if I could.. 1st of all, they canceled my appointment with one day's notice and rescheduled me. The day before my rescheduled appt., with more than 24 hours notice, I canceled because I was feeling unwell. They want to charge me $100 unless i have a doctor's note. They require 72 hours notice, of which i was never informed (they said its in the "card" which they did not give me) and they didn't give me the same common courtesy when they rescheduled. Secondly, I went there for a toothache and was referred to an endodontist. I went to an endodontist and had my root canal done and it required me to have a new Crown within 30 days to protect the work. They could not accommodate me with an appointment in 30 days! I am now driving to New Jersey to my previous dentist to have it done. My prior dentist had no problem finding me a spot for a NECESSARY service. If you cannot accommodate a client in 30 days time there is something seriously wrong. Thirdly, I drove my elderly friend there for a denture fitting at 8am only to find out that they didn't have the new dentures as of yet and didn't bother to call and cancel the appointment. Seriously, there are other dentists and you should seek them out. Me, I'll just drive back to jersey where my business is appreciated.

I received a great greetings and service from Tammy. She is really awesome professional human being that make me feel at home. Dr. Javier like always have this positive attitude, he speaked with me in English and Spanish. And Virginia did a really hard & good job, I'll give her 10 out of 10 for professional service. She is incredibly likable person. All of them really made my day. My love to you guys. You are the best On April 18th I returned to get finished my right side and I found Virginia wasn't there. I got scared to have another person working on my mouth. I thought Virginia was the only person capable to perform an excellent job, as she did my left side and totally impressed me with her hard work and dedication. However, after meet Carmen I found a great professional that brought comfort to me and showed high knowledge of her work, doing an incredible job. I give her 11/10 as she totally exceeded my expectations. She is awesome incredible professional and human being . I didn't feel any physical discomfort. She have angel hands. I am very satisfied with this office. I'm happy that I found them. I have to say. "This is the Best Periodontal Team". I believe that you won't find a better team of professional to trust your Periodontal health. And they have spanish speaking personal as well. Southern Delaware Dental Specialists earned a Team Work Medal for Excellence . Thanks.

Most unprofessional front desk staff. Had all of my information taken down incorrectly regardless of me repeating it back to them multiple times, the office decided to cancel my appointment without notification. They had multiple HIPAA violations due to not using the hold button on the phone and discussing patient information while I was supposed to be on hold. They failed to take responsibility for their mistakes or take any corrective actions to fix anything. The doctor and the dental hygienist we're great and professional, but that is not enough to make up for the incompetence of the front reception area. Upon my visit, several other patients stated that this is not uncommon for this practice.
