Came in for a wisdom tooth extraction. Was afraid at first but the process was smooth. I went to sleep and woke up and i was done.

We were referred by another provider to this office for teeth extraction. The location is quiet and clean. Scheduling an appointment was fairly easy, but they were booked pretty far out. Their preferred communication is text. I called the office a few times and got a text saying "office is closed, feel free to send us a text", which was fine. We had an issue with our insurance coverage and it was explained clearly via text. Ana was very professional and did what she could to assist with coverage for the initial consult and x-ray fees. The staff, everyone from the front desk to the back office MAs, were very nice, and knew Spanish and could talk my mom through the procedure and future plan. Dr. Ho was very diligent and someone was there to translate his instructions. As her son, I facilitated all the administrative tasks that my mom couldn't. Overall, we were very satisfied with the experience. The procedure was a good 20 minutes and got all our questions answered by the surgery assistant before we left. Her name was Veronica. My mother was happy that the pain from her left face was finally gone. We might be returning very soon to extract another tooth since it's causing some discomfort. Great staff. Great doctor. Great location.

I can truly say Dr.Rennie Cheung has changed my life. Before going to him, I was so overly conscious of what I looked like every time I spoke, and laughed. It weighed down on my spirit and consequently my entire life. He is as friendly and positive as any human being can be, and I trusted him fully from our initial consultation meeting. His skills are unmatched and his confidence is genuine NOT geared to sell you as most businesses are. His heart is on your side. At least that's the way I feel. My experience with Dr. Chueng wasn't for implants. It was for oral reconstructive Surgery From an accident years prior. I looked and looked for a specialist to help me look and feel normal again to no avail, until I called his office. Without hesitation he brought me in, and since then my life has soared to heights I would have never imagined before. That was a few years ago. I'm now reconnecting with him in '22 because need a couple of implants. He's the one I feel most comfortable with so I'm happy to see him again!!! Thank you Dr. Chueng from the deepest part of my heart.

Dr Cheung is a highly skilled oral surgeon who loves his work. I had a hard to reach and broken to the gum rear tooth pulled. He did the job in under 10 minutes. I haven't had excess bleeding, pain or swelling. The doctor called later in the day to see how I was coping. The staff are friendly, professional and polite. This was my first experience there and it was a good one. It is without reservation that I recommend this office.

Dr. Ho and his team were welcoming and put me at ease for the procedure ahead. The office itself is modern and comfortable. Everyone there has been warm and helpful throughout my recovery. I really appreciated that Dr. Ho reached out to me over the Labor Day weekend to check in. I highly recommend Dr. Ho and his lovely team!

MY Primary dentist referred me to Dr.Cheung for a tooth implant.I was extremely nervous about the procedure.But Dr.Cheung was very calming and professional that I felt at ease with him.He explained the procedures to me ,several times, until he was satisfied that understood every point.I also liked the staff . THEY were very friendly, professional and welcoming.
