Get ready for a story..... Recently, a molar went from zero to sixty real quick. A corn nut cracked the crown and revealed a rotten tooth that needed to be pulled immediately. The pain was agonizing. I'm new to Tarzana so I called my insurance and they recommended me to a local general dentist who took X-rays and pronounced that the tooth needed to be pulled. She told me that she could not do it because her shoulder hurt. She sent me to another dentist who took me through the same process (x-rays and all) only to pronounce the he would not pull the tooth. He told me that I needed an oral surgeon and that I should wait in his chair... 30 minutes later I asked him to at least numb me while he looked to locate one. He said that he would not. 20 minutes later I walked out of that office in sheer disgust and pain with a referral to an oral surgeon.. When I arrived at the oral surgeon, they took me through the same process again... X-rays and all (later that evening I asked my wife to look in on me to make sure I was not glowing green from all the radiation). For the third time that day it was pronounced that Moral 31 needed to be pulled. I said... "great, lets to it!". To which they said, "Sorry, the oral surgeon just left, can we schedule you tomorrow?" I got up and left without a word, payment, signing anything... just up and walked out. On the way home leaking tears of pain from my eyes, on hunch I googled "Oral Sturgeons, Tarzana", luckily no fish markets came up, but Southern California Center for Oral and Facial Surgery did. This office, I would come to find out is home Dr. Jennifer Caroline DDS MD. I imagine the receptionist thought I was nuts calling and showing up from off the street and begging to be seen right away, but see me Dr. Caroline did. While she needed to shoot me with another dose of X-Ray, this time was different. This office was more than professional then the tree priors, they turned out to be kind and sensitive ppl. From reception to the billing department, from nursing and assistants... and most notably Dr. Caroline, I received great and gentle care. I Have had a tooth pulled before while deployed and let me tell you, that was a disaster... the follow up discomfort was monumental. It was like the Army dentist used a pliers from his garden tool kit and yanked with minimal numbing. But for some reason, Dr. Caroline pulled this tooth very gently and gave great follow up care and assistants. I felt so grateful to be helped, I gifted a Starbucks card to everyone in the office. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Caroline. Really, don't bother going anywhere else... there is no point. If you want to meet some fine ppl and get worked on by a great DDS MD, just go see SCCOFS in Tarzana and ask for Dr. Caroline. Thanks Doc and staff!

Needed a wisdom tooth extracted and Dr. Reznick did a fantastic job! The entire procedure didn't take long and quite honestly wasn't painful at all, although it can be different for everyone, depending on how your wisdom teeth grow. The staff was super helpful and professional making the entire experience smooth. Highly recommended!

Once again my visit at the office was pleasant and professional. Dr. Reznick and his staff treated me well. Highly recommend if you want a doctor that is knowledgeable and genuine.

Dr Reznick is incompetent and seriously jeopardized my heatlh. He performed a surgical procedure on me and took no responsibility for the horrific pain I was in for a month. Also his office staff never followed up to see how I was doing after the procedure and there was absolutely no empathy for my pain and suffering. I came so close to pressing charges and was about to hire a lawyer, but thankfully I found another oral surgeon who helped me and I decided to just put this experience behind me. Thats what you get when you chose a doctor in Tarzana as opposed to Beverly Hills and I learned that lesson the hard way. You may pay more in BH but at least you will get top doctors who know what they are doing.
