Melissa and Autumn serve as a primary point of contact between your general dentist and Southern Arizona Endodontics. Most importantly, they maintain the highest level of patient confidentiality and clear communication when delivering important correspondence to your dentist.
Dr. Tung Bui would tell you, I enjoy taking care of people. Im challenged and energized by complex situations. I think that helps me feel comfortable especially when I treat patients who struggle with dental anxiety. I take care of their tooth. I take care of them. They are better and I am thankful.
Dr. Tung Bui grew up helping his mother in her dental office. Consequently he knew as a young man that dentistry was the path he wanted to take. These early-in-life experiences were the perfect start for his lifes work.
In dental school, conversations with residents, whom he found to be both fun and smart, deepened his interest, and as result fanned his interest into genuine passion. Eventually he resolved to pursue a career in Endodontics.
A native of Toronto Canada, Dr. Bui and his wife, Ai Leen, moved to the desert southwest in 2007 to join the team at Southern Arizona Endodontics. Subsequently, the Bui family welcomed a new member of their family; their son David in 2014.
Had a previous Root Canal that was done elsewhere, re-done by Dr. Bui.He carefully explained the process and took time to insure I understood everything and answered all of my questions. Relatively painless!

Dr. Dave Burros never dreamed his career could be so much fun. After many years and thousands of root canals, he still cant wait to tell you how much he loves his job. Thats especially so when he gets to work on unusual or difficult cases.
I have had several root canals here. The staff is awesome. Dr Burros, Dr Justin Hughes are the best! The minute your numb, your pain free. Minimal pain for healing time. They explain everything.I highly recommend them.

Very limited treatment hours. If you work or are a stay at home mom with no one to watch your kids it's impossible to get work done as they are only open 3 days and latest time is 1 in the afternoon. Need a root canal and have no idea what to do now as they could not work with me for a time that wasn't in the middle of the afternoon. I was told that the later appointments are reserved for emergency patients so I guess I'll just wait till this becomes an emergency and maybe then they can see me.

Dr Cross and his assistant were excellent! They worked well together to make the experience as painless as possible. Dr. Cross was gentle and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

The Front desk lady (can't remember her name) was lovely and made me feel better. I have extreme anxiety with the dentist and she was great! The dental assistant who worked with me (again, sorry I can't remember your name ) was beyond amazing. I talked to her about my stresses and worries and she did everything she could to ease my nerves and help through every step. Thank you Dr. Tim Cross was my dentist/root canal expert, and he has a calmness about him that made me feel a lot less anxious... everything he did was care, I was in absolutely no pain or stress during the procedure. Professional, polite,accommodating and articulate Staff and Doctors. Office and equipment is clean and well maintained. Time spent as patient and accompanying spouse was comfortable and accommodations made for an "enjoyable" day- I mean who enjoys a root canal? CHEERS

I turned out to be a difficult paitient but Dr. Keippel was persistent and kept trying to solve the problem and finally after 3 hours let me go home. Hopefully it will be okay in the long run but it was not for the lack of trying. Dr. Keippel was attentive, patient, caring and informative as to what he was doing. His staff was helpful and kind.

I turned out to be a difficult paitient but Dr. Keippel was persistent and kept trying to solve the problem and finally after 3 hours let me go home. Hopefully it will be okay in the long run but it was not for the lack of trying. Dr. Keippel was attentive, patient, caring and informative as to what he was doing. His staff was helpful and kind.

These folks are wonderful. Dr. Hughes is kind, compassionate and a real professional. Scrupulously honest. Every member of the staff shares his values. I am not given to hyperbole but this practice is really special. This is where you should go if you need Endodontics. By the way. Root canals don't hurt. Who knew?

I can't say enough about how awesome these people are at what they do. I had to have five root canals over the last couple of months and Dr. Bui and Dr. Keippel both did a tremendous job. The whole team is very caring and professional. I am so glad my regular dentist referred me to Southern Arizona Endodontics for my root canals. I would recommend them 100% to everyone.
