I highly recommend this practice! Dr. Pesto is very competent! He has the most comfortable bedside manner about him. The staff in Pooler AND Savannah are the more efficient and personable I've ever encountered in a doctor's practice!

I genuinely enjoyed being a patient for Doctor pesto and his staff! All the staff members I worked with acted like we've been friends for years & I absolutely love that, especially since dental surgery is a big fear of mine! During my wisdom teeth removal the nurse and dental assistant were truly amazing! Thank you Dr. Pesto & Team!

The staff here was extremely nice and very informative! Of course I was put under for my wisdom teeth so I don't remember hardly anything, but the time I do remember, the staff and people were awesome!!

The doctor and nurses made me feel right at home. After I woke up from the anesthesia, I had felt like we had all just become best friends. Naturally I asked when we got to do that again.

My mother was seen there today and the service she received was outstanding. All of the staff were attentive and professional. The doctor calling personally to followup and make sure all was well, showed he cares about his patients. I would recommend going there for your dental needs, you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful and kind team, that walks you and you plus one through what to expect and the entire process! Super easy wisdom teeth extraction and they make you feel comfortable. I was at ease with assistants an Dr. Presto and which made the process much more enjoyable.

Everyone is so nice and polite that you feel at ease and very comfortable. I believe one of the nurses is named Brooke and she was very informative and knowledgeable and I just felt comfortable and at ease with all the team. The doctor was nice and I would highly recommend this team to anyone. Just a wholesome place to be.

I couldn't be anymore pleased with the service I received today. They allowed my children to stay with me during the surgery which I can't describe how thankful I am that you all allowed that as I know three kiddos is a lot to handle while preforming surgery. They went above and beyond for me and my children and I will be forever grateful for the amazing service, love, and care you showed us today. 10/10!

Great staff and caring doctors! My grandson had four wisdom teeth removed. He had a slight problem causing pain. The office staff got us in right away and was very proactive with ensuring my grandson was doing ok and helped with his pain! I'm grateful for how quickly they acted and highly recommend this office!
