I had the best experience here for my wisdom teeth removal. I've never had surgery or been put under anesthesia and the staff made me feel comfortable, explain each step to me and made the whole experience quick, easy and painless. I would recommend anyone to go to them for their dental needs.

A dental implant had been performed by my dentist in another part of Minnesota. It had become painful and since I now live in Mankato I hoped the problem could be resolved locally. The dentist I see in Mankato was not familiar with this type of implant and referred me to Dr. Kim at Southeastern MN Oral Surgery. Dr. Kim, his nurse and his staff were wonderful. Kindness and friendliness were everpresent. Dr. Kim determined that my implant was loose and that was causing my pain but he was not familiar with this type of implant either. He did take the time to clearly explain possible solutions depending on what part of the implant was loose. Because he had not dealt with this type of implant before his recommendation was to go back to the dentist that had installed it. There I may be able to get what would probably be the simplest and cheapest fix to the problem. I was able to get an appointment with my original dentist and traveled to see him the next day. I was in the dentist's chair for one hour. In that time he could identify what was loose, tighten it and there was NO CHARGE. It was clear that Dr. Kim and his nurse had my welfare as there top priority. I left with much information about potential ways to solve the problem with my implant. Even though I would have rather not traveled the distance back to my prior dentist, it was totally the right recommendation.
