I had the most awesome experience. Dr. Michelson did a great time at getting me numb before my procedure. The staff was excellent and calmed my nerves. Seriously! Go here. The experience for a tooth extraction was nothing but fabulous.

I got my wisdom teeth out and the care was amazing. Everyone worked together as a team and made a great environment for me as the patient.

Nicest staff you'll ever find. I didn't feel rushed, and they do everything they can to make you comfortable. The nurses are all extremely nice

Okay, so I first walk into the place and no one welcomes me. As someone that has worked customer service, it is important to me to always say a 'hello/good morning/good afternoon especially when the customer is planning on spending thousands of dollars on a wisdom tooth extraction (the secretary was not on the phone). There were two signs - one saying masks were required. Okay, I get it, but there wasn't a mask box which I thought was strange. It was hidden in their office. Then the other note said cell phones weren't allowed because of patient confidentiality. Did they mean the waiting room? First time I ever saw a sign like that in the waiting room of a medical office and I have been to a lot of medical places. After the procedure, I had a lot of questions and the RN got annoyed at me for asking her questions and so stomped out of the room to go get the doctor. . Meanwhile, my daughter was cold and wanted a blanket so after waiting several minutes Dr Merrill comes in and demands to know what is going on. I was upset because my daughter was cold and upset with the RN for neglecting her. I told the doctor to touch my daughter's arm so she could feel how cold she was and she wouldn't and this actually made me cry the way they were ready to be confrontational with me. Another nurse finally got her a blanket. Dr Merrill asks what we could do to make it better at the end and I told her to be more professional. She didn't like that and stomps off. Wouldn't go to this place as it is not very welcoming and unprofessional. Sometimes the patient and/or family (customers)is not having the best of days but that just means you try all the harder to work with them to make it better, not make it worse which is what happened.

Staff were great, only draw back is that I had to pay a third of the billing amount on the day of the procedure. Even with dental insurance. Luckily my pay check had already been deposited or we would of probally had some issues. I will add that they are not like other places that try and inflate the cost, so that insurance or you end up paying extra. Other than that I was pleased with experience and appreciated that the nurse gave me a call later in the day to check and see how I was doing and if the pain or swelling was bothering me.

They charged me over $1000 more than what my insurance company allows via the negotiated rate. When I confronted them on it they refused to reduce payment, even though my insurance statement shows, "what you owe your provider" being a grand less than what they charged me.

My oral surgery went very well. I experienced no pain. The whole staff was caring, efficient, highly qualified and experienced. I was thoroughly informed about after care. There was a follow up phone call later in the day. Over all it was a positive experience.

I was referred to SE MN OMS for a tooth extraction and prep for a molar implant. All staff were friendly, engaging with transparent communication about these procedures and the associated cost. Thank you.

I had to come in for an urgent tooth removal and was in quite a bit of pain. Luckily they were able to get me in same day. However, I was not numb completely when they started the procedure so they gave me a little bit more Medicine, but started anyways. Stated they would stop if I felt anything or was in pain. I raised my hand multiple times and neither the nurse or provider saw. It was not until I was in tears and shaking uncontrollably that they finally stopped and asked if I was doing ok. Instead of listening to me, the surgeon just gave me more numbing medicine quick and the surgeon just left the room. The nurse did stay and comfort me. Thankfully 10 minutes later they were able to get out the tooth. If I had to do it all over again, I would go to another facility

I had to have a tooth extraction very unexpectedly. The entire team worked so hard to squeeze me in on an extremely busy patient schedule. The extraction went great, the team was so kind and caring and I am so thankful they were able to help me before things got worse. Thank you so much to all!!

Both my daughter and I had great experiences in the last 4 months. They answered all our questions and to help us feel at ease. We highly recommend SEMOMS for their professionalism and the convenient location.

Unprofessional, passive aggressive doctor with a God complex. Initially refused to extract my teeth because blood sugar was too high. Was 50 points below where she said it needed to be in the office, but because I told them what it was prior to my insulin injection I'm waiting for them to talk to my doctor. Problem is my doctor is out of the office. Ended up getting approved and teeth extracted. Then when I asked for pain medication i was told that over the counter would be fine. Finally agreed to tramadol. I will not be back here.
