I had a cracked tooth extraction #18 (molar) done here and had no idea what to expect going in. Had never had novocaine prior nor any dental procedure outside of a cleaning. 1st of all, they took me as an emergency patient when everyone else was busy or out of the office that day. I had not had much luck with my primary dentist taking the lead, so to speak. So I was on my own finding someone online since I was leaving for a long vacation weekend the next day. SEMOS was very helpful and willing to fit me in on a busy day. Kudos once again to the great staff! While I won't get into the details of what you'll hear smell or feel, rest assured you'll be in good hands with this staff. How do I know this? Well, lets just say my anxiety over the procedure was a bit ramped up, I had not eaten for a day (blood sugar was low) and the staff took steps to make me feel comfortable, restart my heart (joking!) and did a fantastic job extracting my tooth. Dr. McDermott and her assistant(super nice and helpful) were truly amazing in reassuring me that all was going well throughout the whole procedure. They really went above and beyond (N2O is awesome) and I cannot thank them enough for putting up with me. I was sent home with all the instructions required and a pain med prescription but have found only 3 regular ibuprofen does the trick. Here's a final note: Medicine and science are the same no matter who you see. But the staff is not. You cannot put a price on patient care. These ladies are the best!!

FYI for Medicare Recipients. This particular dental office has opted out of being a provider to those on Medicare. Please contact your insurance company prior to any dental services for a list of other Dental offices that accept Medicare.
