Dr. Minh-Phuong Bui was born in Sai Gon, Vietnam and came to Boston, MA with her family in 1991. After finishing at Boston Latin School, she entered Regis College and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Biochemistry. Dr. Bui then attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
Dr. Bui decided to pursue a career in dentistry at a young age and has now been practicing dentistry for over 15 years. While on summer vacation in tenth grade, she visited her aunt, who is a dentist, and got a chance to observe many aspects of dentistry. She made a decision to follow a career that not only helps people improve their overall health, but also allowed her to incorporate creativity and innovation into everyday practice. Growing up, Dr. Bui has always been deeply involved in community service. In addition to a full-time curriculum at Tufts, Dr. Bui was a member of the Venturing program of the Boy Scouts of America, co-founder of a non-profit dance troupe, and was a news anchorwoman for a nationally broadcasted TV station. Following her roots in community service, Dr. Bui went on to do a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at South Cove Community Health Center in Boston. During the residency, she was able to treat an array of patients, ranging from preventative care for kids to cosmetic procedures for young adults to providing supportive therapy for wheelchair-bound, medically compromised geriatric patients.
Since graduating from dental school, Dr. Bui has attended many conferences and continuing education courses, including lectures and hands-on courses about the newest technologies in implant dentistry, root canals, periodontal therapy, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Bui practiced in Manhattan with a focus on cosmetic dentistry after graduation and eventually moved back to Massachusetts to be closer to her family and friends. She is very happy and grateful to be doing something she loves day after day in her practice at Lakeville, MA.
Dr. Faibish graduated from The Goldman School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. He is passionate about keeping up to date with the newest technologies to provide minimally invasive dental treatments. He enjoys connecting with his patients in a relaxed, friendly, and professional environment. Dr. Faibish worked for many years in dental research with a focus on the resolution of inflammation and bone function. He also worked at Cadent Inc., now part of Align Technologies, a manufacturer of Invisalign and intraoral scanners.

My first visit went very well. I appreciate the clean environment, professionalism of the staff, time spent with me and the treatment plan they provided! Happy to have them as my provider. Second visit was just as good as the first. The staff is great, Very happy! This last visit was on time and went very well! I'm very happy with the service they provide!

The staff at Southeastern Dental Care was so friendly and welcoming! It was my first visit to the dentist in about 4 years and they took xrays, a gum check and a cleaning in under an hour. I was pressed for time this morning and they totally accommodated my needs without issue. So happy I chose them! Kayla, my hygienist was so friendly but also efficient and thorough!

Dental Malpractice. Horrible experience. Watch out. They do not check with your insurance to make sure you are covered. Instead of letting you know they rack up the bill on you then hit you with an "oh by the way you're insurance will not cover". I had soreness and pain after my procedure with South Eastern dental and am fighting the charges as they did not check with my insurance.

This dentist office singlehandedly took my anxiety about the dentist and expedited it. As someone who had extreme anxiety about dentists, DO NOT GO HERE. When I came in with a toothache, I was seen by Dr. Bui for less than two minutes. She did not hear my concerns. She simply said, "As previously stated in your appointments, you'll need a root canal." I was charged over $100 for this service. Another time, I was getting a crown done, and Dr. Bui and her assistants constantly were talking about their political preferences. This was extremely unprofessional to talk about in front of a patient. The accounting department constantly over bill me with no explanation involved. Every time I call to get an explanation, stating what my insurance told me about the charge, they tell me that they will look into it. I never get a call back, and then I get the bill again in the mail. This dentist office does not care about their patients, especially if you have work that needs to be done. It is very evident. They only want money. Do not go here!

Six years ago I moved back to MA and didn't think I would ever find a dentist that I would feel so comfortable with. I had a chipped front tooth for three years that needed a bridge, but was petrified to get back to the dentist. I saw the reviews online for Southeastern Dental Care and decided to give them a try. My only regret is that I didn't call sooner. The office highly exceeded my expectations. I can't thank Dr. Bui enough for being so pleasant, and making the experience so easy, but mostly for bringing back my smile. I can comfortably say I no longer prefer wearing a mask in public! :-)
