I agree with you Tommy Smith. I don't know how Dr. Olson has 4.5 stars. She was so rude to me, no bedside manners, etc. My dentist at the time referred me to her for a root canal/crown procedure. I loved my dentist and trusted his decision. But, I hated my experience with Dr. Olson. I was really traumatized by my experience with her both times. That's right, I had to go back to her because after spending hundreds of dollars on my 1st procedure, something wasn't right. I hated going back to her a 2nd time for her a try and fix my issue, but I really couldn't afford to pay another doctor hundreds of dollars. Fast-forward years later, I am still having issues with this area in my mouth.

Waited 1 hr in waiting room and 2.5 hrs for a root canal, not impressed at all. Staff very nice and accommodating. Dr acted like she just couldn't be bothered.

You know I can't say Enough about Dr Triska and her wonderful staff! It's really nice to go to the dentist and be taken care of like they do.She and her staff should be proud of the job that they do,because they earn it! Highly Recommend!!!

Dr. Triska is highly competent and communicative of your treatment plan. Her bedside manner is outstanding and her and her team make sure you are as comfortable (as possible) during procedures. If you need an endodontist that you can trust and feel comfortable with, go see her! I cannot recommend her enough

Be prepared to wait for over 2 hours for appointment. Had two appointments both times in waiting room for over 2 hours.

5 stars isn't enough. I was having pain on my right and left side. Couldn't chew without it hurting. My dentist was closed, (it was Friday) and I was leaving for vacation the next day. I wanted to eat without pain so I called them and told them what was going on. The receptionist, (don't know her name) was super nice and friendly, and told me I could come in at 9:15. I explained to the nurse and Dr. Triska what was going on and within 30 minutes she fixed the issue. Dr. Triska also explained what was going on with my teeth and why they might be hurting. She didn't just say, "Oh, that's going to need a root canal" which I appreciated. Now, I can go on vacation without having to worry about pain from chewing. Thank you Dr. Triska!

I called today to get some information. The young lady was very professional and asked me questions to assist me. She gathered all my information and said she would call me back. I didn't think it would be within 30 minutes. She explained everything and all my options. I highly recommend this Office. Earlier that day I had visited another doctor office and staff was so rude. I normally do not give reviews, but when they act fast and show they are concerned about my situation it's WORTH posting this review!

Dr. Triska is an honest and highly competent dentist. She will make an assessment of your condition and give you choices that she recommends. She is the first doctor in the state of Texas that I've found to make recommendations that wouldn't be of monetary value to her. I recommend her highly.
