So far, do good! I just had my initial consultation and it was very thorough. Make sure you carve out a couple of hours. The staff was amazing and the Dr was very charming and professional. Thanks guys!

My husband and I have been going to Southeast Smiles since we moved to Wilmington years ago and have always liked the staff a lot. But today I was blown away. I unexpectedly had to bring my toddler and baby with me alone, and the staff offered to hold/entertain them during my cleaning. My hygienist worked around my baby, even when she got fussy and I needed to hold her, and was incredibly patient. Thank you all so much. What was a difficult situation was made so much more manageable and everyone was so kind. Thank you. (Not to mention my toddler loved having her teeth cleaned and mine feel great too!)

Dr. P. Is the best!!! He listens to you and gives detailed feedback. He has your best interest at heart....trust him and his expertise. Always takes his time to answer your questions and address your concerns. The staff is wonderful too and encouraging! Please know how deeply you are appreciated!

This was my initial new patient visit. Dr. P is great. Very genuine and empathetic to my concerns. Office staff was efficient and explained insurance etc. very well. Definitely recommend. Have been back to Southeast Smiles for a routine of extraction and prep for new bridge. Really feel very comfortable with Dr.P and staff. Super friendly and competent. Feels like a medical professional, not a business. Would recommend to anyone who wants down to earth dental work you can trust. Oct 5 2022 Now that I have been a patient for almost a year and have had major dental work as well as routine cleanings,my opinion of Dr. P and his staff and front office remains excellent. Very good explanation of options and procedures and keeps good conversations going during procedures, which really helps. Front office goes above and beyond to resolve insurance issues. Definitely will recommend to anyone.

Dr Panchal spends plenty of time chatting with his patients. He is receptive to questions and more than willing to meet a patient's special needs or concerns . He is always available if needed and concerned with his patients comfort. He uses very modern equipment effectively and efficiently. I had five cavities filled by Dr Panchal without a shot or anesthesia and no numbness to deal with afterwards. This was my first experience with having cavities filled using a laser! From now on it's the only way I'm having cavities filled. Thanks Dr Panchal!

Today was my 4th visit with this practice . I am still so impressed. The office staff, the hygienist, and both of the dentists, Dr Panchal and Dr. Saraf, are all so nice. They are SO patient with me and always take their time explaining things thoroughly in an effort to help ease my anxiety . I totally feel they truly care about my health and my teeth. Dr. Saraf is exhausting all options in trying to find the best solution for my snoring / Sleep apnea to improve my overall health... not just my teeth. I LOVE SOUTHEAST SMILES!!!!

Friendly kind staff. Kept me informed of each step and made sure I was comfortable. State of the art equipment and the office is clean and decorated with cool calming decor. Dentist was very kind and informative. Great experience. Best dental visit cleaning, X-rays I have ever had and fastest filling. They used a Lasered instead of a drill and no Novocaine need it. Thank you!!!
