Dr. Brian Gaudreaults decision to become an orthodontist came at a very young age, influenced by the care he received as a child from his orthodontist. He strives to provide the best treatment possible in a friendly, comfortable environment.

Dr. Gaudreault, along with the American Association of Orthodontists, recommends children are first seen at age 7. This allows treatment to begin at the most beneficial time and minimizes the overall length of time in braces. His airway-centered treatment approach for adults and children considers the anatomical structures of the head, neck and face to determine how best to create the perfect smile. He pays attention to creating a customized arch form for each patient to realize the perfect smile arc. Dr. Gaudreault utilizes the best technologies to achieve his goals. These technologies allow for efficient, comfortable, and most importantly, customized treatment for every patient.

Dr. Gaudreault attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he excelled, graduating summa cum laude (2nd overall) and received his certificate in orthodontics. He completed his general practice residency with Harvard School of Dental Medicine, performing rotations at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Womens Hospital in Boston. Dr. Gaudreault is a clinical advisory board and faculty member of Orametrix, creator of SureSmile technology. Also, he is a clinical advisory board member of OrthoScience which is a company dedicated to providing a digital platform for gathering data for treatment modalities, promoting learning amongst orthodontic community, and growing global orthodontic treatment solutions.

I found the front desk staff to be friendly, and the dental assistant to be very friendly. I was not a fan of the doctor himself. My son was having a hard time listening to his direction, since the dr couldn't model what he wanted done because he needed to keep the mask on, he kept verbally telling him. After a few failed tries of my son not understanding, the dr said "good God" and gave up. Patience is not his strong suit. I will take it as maybe a bad day, maybe it was exhaustion after the holidays...I will give it one more shot;if he gets treated that way again, we will find elsewhere.

The receptionist/dental assistant was very rude. Refused to check my daughter in for being a few minutes late though I had literally called 30 minutes prior to confirm we would be there. Then told me the next available appt wouldn't be for six months. Worst place ever

I agree to the fact that the receptionist is rude. I've had several occasions where I have felt like a child getting scolded. I have been a couple of minutes late as well. Coming from Mattapoisett, and for traffic issues. I'm not saying it's ok. Just saying she doesn't have to yell at people. We are customers. I'm a foster Mom with 7 kids. There is no reason to be rude. Today we struggled to get there by 9 and apparently we missed an apt. She said she left a message and wouldn't take us this morning. I didn't argue, it's not worth it. But I'm not a confrontational person and don't like to be embarrassed. Looking to see if we can switch 4 children to a new place. Hopefully it's able to happen.
