I had an appointment at 11:45 on November 4 arrived and waited 35 minutes and was called back to a room. I waited until 1:10 when someone came to the room and asked if everything was okay. I asked about how much longer and was told it would be a little longer. She went and got the dentist assistant who then came to the room. I said my nerves are now off the chart due to the prolonged wait. She then asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said I needed to leave and walked with her to the front. They then asked about rescheduling and I asked about the refund for the procedure I had paid upfront for. They said....your not coming back are you.... I said NO. I was told the refund would come from corporate and they did not know how long it would take. I went in to have a tooth removed and told them at the first visit how (like so many) this would make me very uneasy. If the dentist ran into trouble with another patient, why wouldn't they come to me much sooner and let me know. They could have handled the wait very differently and reduced the elevated stress level. My husband took a day off from work to be there Incase I needed someone. This was so unprofessional how it was handled or should I say NOT handled. They never even said (we are sorry) for the delay or the change. On the way home I tried to call the office at 1:30 to get the corporate number and kept calling up to 4:00 and each time the recording came on say it was after hours. The office recording states hours are Mon thru Friday 8 to 5. My appointment was with Laura Gart I would not recommend her or this practice.

A great dental experience if I need any more oral surgery I will go back and see them if you need oral surgery in my opinion this is the place to go.

When I arrived and walked into the there is like a warm feeling you get. And I am scared to death of dental offices everyone in the office was extremely great then you go to the back there is more beautiful people everyone was so kind the Dr she was excellent . I appreciate their warmth and kindness much love to Them all Nina

Dr. Garth and team was professional and friendly. Extractions we're fast..I was completely numbed, and no pain. Top notch team. The scripts we're faxed and was ready when I arrived at the pharmacy. With an ice pack and medicine was very comfortable evening.

Everyone including the receptionist, was nice & all smiles. My nurse was so caring & listened to me talk about the death of my 39-yr old son. She was so compassionate. When I met the doctor, he was very kind & informative. My implants will be put in November.
