They are good at what they do and charge a fair price but they take their time! Don't expect the dentist for 45 minutes plus. That's if have an appointment

I used to visit this place regularly about 14 years ago when my children were small. I decided to returned for my husbands and me, to my surprise this place has changed A Lot!!! They have mostly recent graduated hygienists and dentists working there and there prices are outrages! When I scheduled our appointments, I asked for the estimate of the x-rays, exam and cleaning and I was told it could go from $100 to $400. My fees came out to be $140, which I consider a fair fee; on the other hand for my husband's "deep cleaning" they were charging us $600!!! Note that my husband did not have these steps of a deep cleaning: No flossing, no rinsing, no fluoride treatment, and no scaling (the use of Tooth Scraper Plaque Tartar Remover). After an intense argument with the manager, I was given a discount and ended up paying $300 for his so call "deep cleaning."

I have been coming to this dental office for over 15 years. Staff is very attentive and kind. Dr. Feld is extremely knowledgeable and very experienced. Mari does the best and most painless deep cleaning I have ever had. Overall, I am very pleased with all of their services.

Being a true professional is always making efforts to treat your clients and patients with the upmost respect whether they are a cash patient or a state-funded such as Medi-cal patient. Its a pretty good idea to treat people with kindness and integrity. This Dentist was arrogant and insulting the whole time. I can definitely take insults because i am trained to do so but i fear for others who may be really hurt by the things he says. He might be older and more experienced in years but i believe he needs to learn how to be humble. The office definitely looks very outdated and shabby but like the financial director told me before i left, he doesnt care to upgrade anything because he is too comfortable with his life the way it is. If he needs some additional training on how to deal with patients with respect im willing to offer him some one on one classes for no charge. .

After going to Dr. Feld from April through mid-August, he has totally messed up my bite because he treated me incorrectly for TMJ. He had me wear a daytime and nighttime mouth appliance 24/7! My jaws felt better after one week but after that it all went downhill. My jaws were aching terribly. Dr. Feld gave me Botox thinking that would help my pain but it didn't work. Dr. Feld didn't know how to give injections for Botox! He used a huge needle that left me black & blue. When he saw me the following week, Dr. Feld asked me if my husband gave me the bruise. I told him no, that it was from the Botox injection. After finally walking away from him, I removed the mouth appliances. I went to a TMJ specialist within one week after leaving Feld and was told I should have never been given mouth appliances. The mouth appliances hindered my jaws from opening and stretching, which was causing even more severe pain. My teeth have shifted from wearing the appliances 24/7 during the months of going to Dr. Feld and now I need to get braces on my teeth to correct my bite. I also have a lisp! Dr. Feld charged me close to $7,000.00. My advice to anyone thinking about going to him is to run the other way!

Dr Feld thinks he knows you and doesn't want to hear what's bothering you. He gives you an exam that's so painful because he wants you to say that it hurts to tell you that have tmj. The first time he did it I came home crying from the pain he caused me and he said I was overweight because of this problem of tmj but I just let it go I return for a retreat and then I was so afraid then he did the same exam where he pushed so hard on my jaw and cheeks so I told him it hurts because you pushing so hard and he said no I'm not it hurts because you have tmj and he said he was going to do the retreat but it wasn't going to help me the guy only wants to take your money I'm supposed to go back in 2 weeks but I'm never going back to dr Feld he's so unprofessional, rude and that disgusting thing he does with his tongue.
