Absolute best place in the area for a root canal treatment. I have had both Dr. Lacoste Surprenant and Dr. Nghiem. Outstanding. Everyone was quite professional and caring. Felt zero pain during the process. They explain everything thoroughly. Needed an urgent root canal today and they fit me in. Excellent staff also. A+

If you're looking for an Endodontist, definitely give Southcoast Endodontics a call! I was in a lot of pain on Thanksgiving this year and luckily they did everything they could to fit me in last minute. Dr. Nghiem & staff did a great job with explaining where my pain originated and each step of the procedure. During the procedures, they even prepped for me the small pains and screeches from the tools, very thoughtful and appreciated. Let's just say, I can now enjoy my Christmas with family because Southcoast Endodontist cared for me! Will definitely use them again if I ever need any work in the future.

I can not say enough about this office and the crew. They were absolutely outstanding with my 12 year old autistic son (who is petrified of any kind of dentist). They took the time to talk to him and explain everything they were doing. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

The doctors and front desk staff are so amazing and helpful! I would recommend anyone to this office, especially if you are afraid of the dentist because the experience in this office is like no other! I forgot I was in a dental appointment!

I had a root canal w/ Dr Lacoste in the fall and this week w/ Dr Nghiem. Both Endodontists were outstanding professionals who were thorough and took the time to explain things in detail. Very impressed by the level of care this office provides--highly recommend. Also appreciated being squeezing in last minute--was so grateful to put the toothache pain behind me sooner than later! If you need endodontic care, this is the place.

Horrible service, had them replace my root canal 2years ago, was in pain this week, they made appointment for me in their raynham office, to then tell me only New Bedford office can do scan, had to force them to take me Wednesday then told I had to wait till Friday, because only 1-2 doctors can view scan, called this morning secretary said dr has to view it, advised would like this done today, told me sorry dr busy with patients no guarantee, told them I felt like they didn't care about my pain, secretary didn't care,

Dr. Nghiem was professional, meticulous, and competent in handling my recent root canal. He took the time to explain everything to me to ease my nerves. The procedure itself went as smooth as one could have hoped. His assistant Anna was also extremely kind and comforting. I highly recommend Dr. Nghiem for any endodontristry needs.

Dr. Kate (Katherine Lacoste Surprenant) did a wonderful job with my root canal and was extremely careful and concerned that I didn't experience any pain or discomfort. Her demeanor was VERY warm, typically you don't see this level with empathy with a doctor. Her assistant Maria was also very cheerful and helped immensely in getting me relaxed before the proceedure. I've had two previous root canals done. I have a hard time getting numb and have gone through some horrible experiences with a few dentists. There's nothing worse than squirming in their chair and getting a heavy sigh because I'm supposedly holding up their line of patients. Dr. Kate was one of the few dentists who actually listened to my concerns and explained the different options for my pain prevention.
