If you hate going to the dentist like I do then you can stop looking for a Dentist! They are so caring, kind and know how to treat you like a human! I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment

Worst worst worst They literally didn't log in that I said I had covid and couldn't come anymore that now they refuse to give me an appointment and put me on a waiting list for when an appointment opens.. But my husband can get an appointment whenever he wants when he did a no call no show twice.. Got to love racist people

I brought my child here for an appointment today. Once we walked through the door we were met with a friendly face bringing us back to a room. The hygienist was gentle, patient and encouraging with my child, she also talked with me and let me know her opinions about my child's dental health. I have zero negatives for this place and will be happy to bring my family here in the future!

A cap on one of my front teeth fell off. That happened Sunday mid day and I called the doctors office Monday morning and they got me in by 12:30 the same day put a temporary fix on my tooth and we're going forward with a new crown. so having just moved here from Palm Springs I could not be happier, I am ecstatic I found a dentist that I am really comfortable with and a staff that could not have been more pleasant. This place was amazing. I am in recovery and due to many years of not taking care of myself had caused many issues. I was very worried to be judged. They are caring, friendly, and very understanding. I would highly recommend to anyone who is worried about going.

My 3yo recently had her first visit. She was nervous and scared of the electric toothbrush, but her dentist had no problem trying different things to make her feel more comfortable. My son also always has a very positive experience here.

Was satisfied with this Dental office!! Then I had an incident, and was very unhappy with your handling of the situation!!Just had an appointment, canceled telling me you might not take my insurance company!!!! And was billed for a scan I received,only had a small amount of money, paid $10 !!!

I had my first dentist visit at Southbridge Family Dental as my previous dentist no longer excepted my insurance. An absolute wonderful first visit! My hygienist was phenomenal and super sweet! She made me feel relaxed during my cleaning and made great conversation! The atmosphere was very calm and clean. I was very pleased!
