They are friendly, warm, and really know what they are doing. I find them easy to work with, forgiving of the many years in which I was a poor flosser. Every aspect is done with professionalism and care.

One of my teeth was damaged recently and I was experiencing a lot of discomfort. I feel very fortunate that Dr Karen Madruga was able to see me on short notice as a new patient. She helped me understand my treatment options and choose a plan that I was comfortable with. Everything was carried out in a thorough, professional and considerate way. All of the staff at Southborough Dental were very kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

I have been fortunate enough to be a patient at SDA for over 15 years. My most recent visit was nothing but expected. Their commitment to professionalism, efficiency, and most importantly creating an environment that is warm and caring. The hygiene staff is second to none. Dr. Madruga is the epitome of what I would want my dentist to be. She is highly knowledgeable and has the ability to understand her patient and from there create a plan that not only serves the patient appropriately but in a way that makes the process feel very comfortable from start to finish.

I have been a patient at Southborough Dental for over 20 years. They provide great service, a friendly environment and straightforward advice. I have never had a problem with their dental work or billing. I highly recommend them.

Professional and friendly local dentist office! I look forward to my 6 month cleanings with Donna and Dr Madruga has done a great job filling the shoes of the only dentist I have seen since my teeth grew in-- Dr Egan, who I saw right up until his retirement! Love this place-- would never go anywhere else!

Southborough Dental has the most caring staff I have ever met. From the receptionist to the person billing and booking new appointments, everyone is always kind. I go to Donna for my cleanings and not only does she do an excellent job but it never hurts . Dr. Zaterka and Nancy have done new fillings, and crowns on my teeth and also Invisaligns. I would never consider going anywhere else for my dental care.

As a long time recipient (50 years) of Dental Care provided by Southboro Dental Associates I have no complaints about the services I have received. I highly recommend the practice. Staff are always kind and attentive to my needs. My Hygienist is top notch and truly cares about my Dental Health.

I got a front bridge when I was 14 because of past dentists ruining my teeth with braces when not needed etc. my mother found DR ZATERKA threw a very good friend (Nancy D) working there since it pratically opened with Dr Zaterka. No one knew I had one or gotten a bridge unless I told them, thats how precise and time consuming he made my front bridge!! Everyone has been so amazed on how natural looking they are!! Now in my later 30s, I have to replace the bridge I got in 2001 because of natural causes (my teeth aren't the same color when I was a kid just by a slight darker color/gums has risen a lil bit/ the shineyness wore off...etc) he told me in 20 years I would need one so they can take it off and clean the teeth under the bridge so I knew it was coming! I have been dreading it for years and putting it off but when I actually when to replace it...it wasn't that bad at all. Quite painless with novicane this procedure was. Anytime I felt something he gave me more to numb that spot. These 2 together are a amazing team and i will pay cash since I dont have dental insurance just because there genuinely care about you and making good decisions on whats best for your teeth and doesn't charge you unnecessary money either!! Thank you DR Zaterka and Nancy D. for making me what to smile since the age of14!!!
